It is thought that the development of cancer of the stomach follows a series of stages in which the lining becomes increasingly abnormal. Early detection of precursors of gastric cancer likely enable less invasive treatment. The assessment of gastric mucosa using the endoscope is used to detect cancers and these precursor lesions. Narrow band imaging uses filtered light already built into modern endoscopoes to identify the early changes in the gastric lining. The investigators' hypothesis is that narrow band imaging improves detection of precursor lesions and is a method amenable to international standardization. The investigators will conduct a prospective trial in which standard random biopsy, white light guided biopsy, and narrow band imaging guided biopsy will be performed for each patient. The Strata Trial (STR-001-001) has been initiated by Strata Oncology to evaluate the clinical benefit of systematic comprehensive genomic profiling for participants with advanced cancer using real-world data and endpoints, while assessing the proportion of participants available for clinical trials and approved targeted therapies in advanced and/or aggressive cancers. The Gastric Cancer Registry will combine data acquired directly from patients with gastric cancer; with a family history of gastric cancer in a first or second degree relative; or persons with a known germline mutation in their CDH1 (E-Cadherin) gene via an online questionnaire with genomic data obtained from saliva, blood and tissue samples. As surgeons transition to placing breast implants above the chest muscle (pre-pectoral), there has been an increasing reliance on these often expensive mesh products without robust evidence to understand their risks and benefits. To use novel methods for quantitative analysis of VFSS (videofluoroscopic swallow study, also known as modified barium swallow) to study and compare dysphagia in patients treated for head and neck carcinoma with concurrent radiation therapy and chemotherapy (cisplatin) or targeted therapy (cetuximab) vs. immunotherapy (pembrolizumab, nivolumab, or durvalumab). The purpose of the study is to investigate the combination VS-6063, carboplatin, and paclitaxel. in the treatment of patients with ovarian cancer. The study will evaluate whether this regimen is safe. The study will also evaluate whether the regimen can reduce the amount of cancerous cells in your body. If you agree, you will be treated with VS-6063 by mouth, as well as carboplatin and paclitaxel infusions. Carboplatin and paclitaxel are approved by the FDA for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
