Bone Marrow Sparing Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (RT) Incorporating Novel Use of GCSF and FDG-PET Imaging
Recruiting
This is a research study using Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (GCSF) as a bone marrow stimulating agent for imaging to guide radiation treatment planning. G-CSF is a type of growth factor. Growth factors are proteins made in the body. G-CSF is a type of growth factor that makes the bone marrow produce white blood cells to reduce the risk of infection after some types of cancer treatment.

Impact of AI on Trainee ADR
Recruiting
Adenoma detection rate (ADR) is a validated quality metric for colonoscopy with higher ADR correlated with improved colorectal cancer outcomes. Artificial intelligence (AI) can automatically detect polyps on the video monitor which may allow endoscopists in training to improve their ADR. Objective and Purpose of the study: Measure the effect of AI in a prospective, randomized manner to determine its impact on ADR of Gastroenterology trainees.

Adoptive Cell Transfer of Autologous Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes and High-Dose Interleukin 2 in Select Solid Tumors
Recruiting
To determine whether special tumor fighting cells that is taken from participants' tumors and grown in the laboratory and then given back to the participant will fight the participant's cancer when their immune system is suppressed from attacking these special tumor fighting cells. This is called transfer of autologous (they came from you) tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (the cells that have been grown in the laboratory. Participants getting these cell infusions will also be treated with interleu... Read More

International REgistry of COnservative or Radical Treatment of Localized Kidney Tumors
Recruiting
Partial nephrectomy (PN) is the standard treatment for localized renal masses and should be preferred in clinical T1 (\<7 cm tumor diameter) renal tumors over radical nephrectomy (RN) whenever technically feasible. Nonetheless, indications, approaches, techniques for PN, and correct reporting of outcomes, are still a matter of great debate within the urology community. Concurrently, case-report series suggested that alternative strategies for the treatment of localized renal tumors (ablation tec... Read More
