The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of HRO761 and identify the recommended dose(s), i.e., the optimal safe and active dose of HRO761 alone or in combination with pembrolizumab or irinotecan that can be given to patients who have cancers with specific molecular alterations called MSIhi (Microsatellite Instability-high) or dMMR (Mismatch Repair Deficient) that might work best to treat these specific cancer types and to understand how well HRO761 is able to treat those cancers. It is critical to provide accessible evidence-based psychosocial support to parents and caregivers of children with cancer (PCCC) in order to mitigate individual and family-level psychosocial risks. This effectiveness trial evaluates an eHealth intervention for English- and Spanish-speaking (PCCC) with study endpoints focused on decreasing negative psychosocial sequelae (acute distress, posttraumatic stress, and anxiety) and improving coping abilities (coping self-efficacy, cognitive coping strategies). The long-term goal of this research program is to sustain and disseminate an effective, scalable, high-reach, and cost-effective intervention to provide crucial support to PCCC across the pediatric cancer trajectory. Study CP-MGD019-03 is an open-label study of lorigerlimab in participants with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) or clear cell gynecologic cancer (CCGC). Approximately 60 participants will be enrolled. The study will assess the efficacy and safety of lorigerlimab in participants with PROC or CCGC. Participants will receive lorigerlimab by intravenous (IV) infusion on Day 1 of every 21-day treatment cycle. Treatment cycles will continue until progression of cancer, unacceptable side effects, withdrawal of consent by the participant, or the study ends. Participants will be monitored closely for side effects by physical exam and routine laboratory tests every cycle. Tumor status will be checked approximately every 9 weeks for the first year, then every 12 weeks for the duration of treatment. Participants will have a safety followup performed within 30 days after treatment discontinuation. Participants who discontinue study treatment for reasons other than progression of cancer, will continue CA-125 and tumor assessments every 12 weeks. Participants who discontinue study treatment for progression of cancer will enter the 6-month survival follow up portion of the study. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200603 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200603 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy (optional arm) or in combination with tislelizumab that were determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. This phase II trial evaluates manual lymphatic drainage breast massage for reducing treatment-related side effects in women undergoing radiation therapy after breast conserving surgery for breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized). Breast conserving surgery can be an effective treatment option for early stage breast cancer, but it can also be associated with side effects including fluid collection in tissues/swelling (lymphedema), pain, reduced quality of life, and poorer body image. Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique used to reduce swelling. It may be a safe and effective way to reduce treatment-related side effects in women receiving radiation therapy after surgery for localized breast cancer. Read Less
