This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. This phase II trial evaluates manual lymphatic drainage breast massage for reducing treatment-related side effects in women undergoing radiation therapy after breast conserving surgery for breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized). Breast conserving surgery can be an effective treatment option for early stage breast cancer, but it can also be associated with side effects including fluid collection in tissues/swelling (lymphedema), pain, reduced quality of life, and poorer body image. Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique used to reduce swelling. It may be a safe and effective way to reduce treatment-related side effects in women receiving radiation therapy after surgery for localized breast cancer. Read Less

This phase II trial compares the safety and effectiveness of 89Zr-DFO-GmAb positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) compared to contrast-enhanced CT after surgery in detecting clear cell renal cell cancer that has come back (recurrent). For some patients, the risk of recurrence after surgery remains high. Conventional CT methods, such as contrast-enhanced CT, may not detect small volume or micrometastatic disease. PET/CT with radiotracers, such as 89Zr-DFO-GmAb, may improve detection of tumor cells. Girentuximab (GmAb), a monoclonal antibody, is tagged with zirconium-89, a radioactive atom (which is also known as an isotope). The zirconium-89 (89Zr) isotope is attached to girentuximab with desferrioxamine (DFO) and this combined product is called 89Zr-DFO-girentuximab. 89Zr-DFO-girentuximab attaches itself to a protein on the surface of clear cell renal cell tumor cells called CAIX. PET is an established imaging technique that utilizes small amounts of radioactivity attached to very minimal amounts of tracer, in the case of this research, 89Zr-DFO-GmAb. Because some cancers, including clear cell renal cell cancer, take up 89Zr-DFO-GmAb it can be seen with PET. CT utilizes x-rays that traverse body from the outside. CT images provide an exact outline of organs and potential inflammatory tissue where it occurs in patient's body. Using contrast agents with CT scan to enhance the images (contrast-enhanced CT) is standard of care imaging. 89Zr-DFO-GmAb PET/CT may be safe and effective compared to contrast-enhanced CT in detecting recurrent clear cell renal cell cancer after surgery. Given the number of anticipated durvalumab-based treatment launches in the hepatobiliary cancer space over the next 3 years, there is a need to capture contemporary real-world data across these indications. LIVER-R is a multicountry, multicenter, observational study of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hepatobiliary cancer treated with a durvalumab-based regimen as part of routine clinical practice or early access program (EAP). The study design will include primary and secondary data collection. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of durvalumab-based regimens in real-world settings as measured by real-world overall survival. Other endpoints include demographics, clinical characteristics, clinically significant events of interest, treatment patterns, concomitant medications, and other real-world clinical endpoints (such as duration of treatment, progression-free survival, time to treatment progression, time to next treatment, recurrence-free survival, and time to treatment recurrence). This clinical trial evaluates a golf recreational exercise program for enhancing survivorship in underrepresented prostate cancer survivors. Golf is a multimodal recreational activity that requires participants to utilize all muscle groups to perform the golf swing, walk over hilly and uneven terrain, maintain balance during putting and squat-like tasks. Physical activity and exercise are beneficial to physical function, cognitive function, psychosocial health, and overall quality of life during prostate cancer survivorship. These aspects of health are impacted by prostate cancer treatment, especially androgen deprivation therapy. Additionally, supervised, group-based activity programs facilitate participation in physical activity. Researchers want to examine the changes in functional abilities, psychosocial health, and quality of life following participation in in a golf program designed for prostate cancer survivors. This is an open-label, multi-site study of apalutamide with carotuximab in patients who have progressed on androgen receptor signaling inhibitor (ARSI) therapy. This study will begin with a safety assessment in the first 10 subjects (part 1: Safety Lead-in). If the combination is deemed safe, the trial will proceed to the Phase II stage. The purpose of this study is to compare progression free survival (PFS) between patients receiving apalutamide and apalutamide + carotuximab using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) and Prostate Cancer Working Group 3. The secondary objectives are to describe adverse events related to the intervention, overall response rate (ORR), proportion of patients resistant to apalutamide that benefit from the addition of carotuximab, and to determine the ORR, radiographic PFS, and biochemical PFS in the overall population. This study compares the experiences of people who receive information about genetic testing from a computer-generated character to patients who receive information from a human genetics healthcare provider. Patients with cancer are increasingly recommended for genetic testing as standard of care. Multiple factors contribute to low usage of genetic testing but for many patients the lack of access to genetic counseling and testing is an important and flexible factor. Lack of access is especially relevant to racial/ethnic minority patients and those living in non-metropolitan rural settings who are frequently cared for at safety-net hospitals with limited genetics services. Alternative delivery models are necessary to improve rates of access to genetic testing in patients with cancer. Health information technology is under used by genetics providers. A patient-facing relational agent (PERLA) will provide pre-test genetics education in both English and Spanish across two clinical settings to facilitate more timely access to genetic testing. Using the PERLA intervention may help researchers learn different ways to provide education about genetic testing to patients with cancer compared to usual care. Read Less
