This phase III trial compares the effects of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) with or without vesicopexy on urinary continence (a person's ability to control their bladder) and quality of life in patients with cancer of the prostate. RARP is the most adopted surgical approach for treatment of prostate cancer that has not spread to other places in the body (non-metastatic). Urinary incontinence (inability to control the bladder) is one of the most common complications of RARP, impacting patients' quality of life and psychological well-being. Different techniques have been proposed to improve urinary continence following RARP. Vesicopexy is one technique that restores the bladder to its normal position in the body after RARP. The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. Study STX-478-101 is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 (LY4064809) in participants with advanced solid tumors with P13Ka mutations. Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors. Part 2 will evaluate STX-478 therapy as combination therapy with fulvestrant in participants with hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer. Part 3 will evaluate STX-478 as combination therapy with endocrine therapy (aromatase inhibitors, fulvestrant or imlunestrant) and a CDK4/6 Inhibitor (either Ribociclib, Palbociclib or Abemaciclib) in participants with HR+ breast cancer. The purpose of the research is to assess the impact of Protect Your Colon™, a colorectal cancer (CRC) screening decision aid, on patients' CRC screening behaviors. The Investigators hypothesize that Protect Your Colon™, through optimizing shared decision making, will lead to selection of a test that accurately matches patients' values and increase CRC screening uptake. To test this hypothesis, the investigators will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) to assess if provision of Protect Your Colon™ improves communication on CRC screening, intent to complete screening, and ultimately uptake of screening vs. usual care. Ideal surgical extent for differentiated thyroid cancer remains unclear. Routine use of molecular analysis in biopsy-proven thyroid cancer could provide important prognostic information to help guide extent of surgery - thyroid lobectomy versus total thyroidectomy. This is a pilot feasibility study for the use of routine molecular analysis in Bethesda V and VI thyroid cancers, with randomization of the intermediate-molecular risk subgroup to thyroid lobectomy and total thyroidectomy. The investigators hypothesize that patients will 1) agree to preoperative molecular analysis, and 2) 50% of intermediate-risk patients will agree to and follow through with randomization. This will be a pilot study for a future randomized controlled trial (RTC) to compare between the two surgical approaches in intermediate-molecular risk thyroid cancer. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib.
