This phase II trial investigates the effect of extremely hypofractionated intensity modulated stereotactic body radiotherapy in treating patients with prostate cancer that has rising prostate specific antigen (PSA) after radical prostatectomy. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Read Less

This phase II trial studies how well lutetium Lu 177 dotatate works in treating patients with prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Neuroendocrine differentiation refers to cells that have traits of both hormone-producing endocrine cells and nerve cells. These cells release hormones into the blood in response to a signal from the nervous system. Hormones are biological substances that circulate through the bloodstream to control the activity of other organs or cells in the body. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate is a radioactive drug. It binds to a protein called somatostatin receptor, which is found on some neuroendocrine tumor cells. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate builds up in these cells and gives off radiation that may kill them. It is a type of radioconjugate and a type of somatostatin analog. Treatment with Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate may shrink the tumor in a way that can be measured in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of PF-07220060 with letrozole compared to approved treatments (ie, palbociclib, ribociclib or abemaciclib with letrozole) in people with breast cancer: * HR-positive (breast cancer cells that need estrogen or progesterone to grow) * HER2-negative (cells that have a small amount or none of a protein called HER2 on their surface); * locally advanced (that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes) or metastatic disease (the spread of cancer to other places in the body) * who have not received any prior systemic anti-cancer treatment for advanced/metastatic disease. Approximately half of the participants will receive PF-07220060 plus letrozole while the other half of participants will receive the investigator's choice of treatment plus letrozole. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of HRO761 and identify the recommended dose(s), i.e., the optimal safe and active dose of HRO761 alone or in combination with pembrolizumab or irinotecan that can be given to patients who have cancers with specific molecular alterations called MSIhi (Microsatellite Instability-high) or dMMR (Mismatch Repair Deficient) that might work best to treat these specific cancer types and to understand how well HRO761 is able to treat those cancers. It is critical to provide accessible evidence-based psychosocial support to parents and caregivers of children with cancer (PCCC) in order to mitigate individual and family-level psychosocial risks. This effectiveness trial evaluates an eHealth intervention for English- and Spanish-speaking (PCCC) with study endpoints focused on decreasing negative psychosocial sequelae (acute distress, posttraumatic stress, and anxiety) and improving coping abilities (coping self-efficacy, cognitive coping strategies). The long-term goal of this research program is to sustain and disseminate an effective, scalable, high-reach, and cost-effective intervention to provide crucial support to PCCC across the pediatric cancer trajectory. Study CP-MGD019-03 is an open-label study of lorigerlimab in participants with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) or clear cell gynecologic cancer (CCGC). Approximately 60 participants will be enrolled. The study will assess the efficacy and safety of lorigerlimab in participants with PROC or CCGC. Participants will receive lorigerlimab by intravenous (IV) infusion on Day 1 of every 21-day treatment cycle. Treatment cycles will continue until progression of cancer, unacceptable side effects, withdrawal of consent by the participant, or the study ends. Participants will be monitored closely for side effects by physical exam and routine laboratory tests every cycle. Tumor status will be checked approximately every 9 weeks for the first year, then every 12 weeks for the duration of treatment. Participants will have a safety followup performed within 30 days after treatment discontinuation. Participants who discontinue study treatment for reasons other than progression of cancer, will continue CA-125 and tumor assessments every 12 weeks. Participants who discontinue study treatment for progression of cancer will enter the 6-month survival follow up portion of the study. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200603 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200603 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy (optional arm) or in combination with tislelizumab that were determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have.
