It is hypothesized that application of frequency specific microcurrent can decrease inflammation in osteoarthritis patients resulting in decreased pain and potentially decrease disease progression. Participants will received the microcurrent treatment for one hour and a total of five blood draws to measure inflammatory markers. The goal of the Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid Outcomes Clinical Study is to collect safety and performance data on the commercially available Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid device. The study will learn about standard device use in adult patients who have a functional deltoid muscle and massive and non-repairable rotator cuff tear. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the average improvement in patient-reported shoulder function after 2 years when compared to before the surgery, and What is the rate of surgical revisions needed over a 10 year period Patients will be asked to will be asked to regularly attend their check-up visits with their surgeon (including having x-rays or CT images taken to check their shoulder and implant), to complete questionnaires to report how their shoulder is doing, and to tell their surgeon when they notice any changes. This study aims to collect information on rheumatology patients' dietary habits, autoimmune disease activity, dietary changes, disease symptom improvements, and perceptions on their dietary habits and how it affects their autoimmune disease. The main objective is to see if rheumatology patients change their dietary habits after their diagnosis of an autoimmune disease and if it subjectively improved their disease symptoms. It will also look at rheumatology patients' expectations for their rheumatologist when it comes to dietary advice and what resources they used to choose their new dietary habits. The study also seeks to measure the interest that rheumatology patients have in pursuing dietary changes as a means of controlling the symptoms of their autoimmune disease. It is expected that patients who changed their eating habits to healthier diets such as a Mediterranean diet would report less severe autoimmune disease symptoms. There are limited dietary recommendations for the management of many rheumatological diseases, so this study seeks to assess rheumatology patients' willingness to try dietary modifications, what improvements they had, and why they decide to make these changes in light of limited information. This randomized pragmatic trial will generate knowledge about strategies used to de-escalate tumor necrosis factor inhibitor (TNFi) therapy in patients with juvenile spondyloarthritis with sustained inactive disease and are treated at one of the 29 participating pediatric healthcare systems. The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to compare opioid medication consumption after surgery for patients who have a total knee replacement. The main questions it aims to answer are: How well does the study drug control pain in the days after surgery? Does the study drug reduce the amount of opioid analgesic consumed after surgery? Participants in the study group will undergo a total knee replacement as planned with their surgeon. In addition, be given the study drug, Zynrelef (combination of bupivacaine and meloxicam). Researchers will compare the above to a control group who will have a total knee replace only according to usual standards to see if there are any differences in the amount of a type of pain medication (opioid analgesic) consumed in the days following surgery.
