The investigators are trying to learn more about the personal perceptions and experiences regarding the needs of patients with liver cancer to help improve the care of all patients. The investigators would like to know whether there are needs that patients have or are aware of, especially those needs that the investigators have not been able to address. The investigators aim to develop a program that helps participants and participant's families to navigate the process of being diagnosed with liver cancer and receiving treatment. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to determine whether certain genes in cancer may be abnormal. When a gene is abnormal this is called a mutation. Most mutations in cancer cells are not inherited (passed down from parents) but happen after birth in the cancer itself. Most cancers have many mutations. Some of these mutations are important for the cancer cells to survive while others are not. The goal of this study is test cancer for certain mutations using leftover tumor tissue from a previous surgery or biopsy. Participants will also be asked to provide a tube of blood cheek (also known as a buccal) swab, or a saliva sample that contains normal genes for comparison. The purpose of Part B of this study is to: Understand how genetic changes in tumor effect the chance of responding to experimental cancer treatment. The researchers are doing this study is to find out whether treating brain metastasis with SRS after 3 months of therapy with osimertinib is better than treating with osimertinib alone in people with NSCLC. The researchers will also look at how the study intervention impacts participants' quality of life. The researchers will measure quality of life by having participants complete questionnaires. More than 65% of breast cancer survivors are overweight and less than one-third participate in recommended levels of physical exercise. Obese breast cancer survivors have been found to have greater than a two-fold increase in mortality compared to women with normal body mass index (BMI). The current standard for weight loss interventions involves in-person counseling. However, this incurs costs related to travel for counseling sessions, potentially limiting program participation, compliance and sustainability.This is a pilot study of an individualized in-person and telephone-based nutrition and exercise counseling program. Project CONTINUITY (Connecting You to Care in the Community) was developed to increase adherence to cervical cancer screening regimens from initial screening to needed follow-up care by (1) providing personalized approaches to improve adherence through the combined use of patient choice for the initial screening method (Pap/HPV co-testing vs. HPV self-test collection), community clinical navigators and community health workers (CHWs), customized messages and support for patient portal access for test results and (2) implementing strategies to address social determinants of health (SDoH) that may influence an individual's ability to adhere to the screening regimen, with an initial focus on removing transportation barriers through the use of a mobile outreach clinics (MOC). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if KQB365 works to treat advanced solid tumor cancer in adults. It will also learn about the safety of KQB365. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safe dose of KQB365 by itself or in combination with cetuximab? * Does KQB365 alone or in combination with cetuximab decrease the size of the tumor? * What happens to KQB365 in the body?
