This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This is a multi-center study in patients with recurrent or metastatic HPV16-positive, PD-L1 positive cervical cancer who has progressed during or after treatment with the first-line standard of care (pembrolizumab with chemotherapy with/without bevacizumab). The trial is designed to investigate VB10.16 alone or in combination with the immune checkpoint inhibitor, atezolizumab. The trial consist of 2 parts: the first part which investigates VB10.16 + placebo versus VB10.16 + atezolizumab. Approximately 30 patients will be included in each group. The goal of this part is to evaluate which of the two treatments is the best. This is a Phase 2, multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of VGT-309, a tumor-targeted, activatable fluorescent imaging agent, in subjects undergoing surgery for proven or suspected cancer in the lung. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of V940 in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) compared to pembrolizumab alone as an adjuvant treatment for participants with pathologic high-risk muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma (MIUC) after radical resection. The primary study hypothesis is that V940 in combination with pembrolizumab results in a superior disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator compared to pembrolizumab alone in participants with high-risk MIUC after radical resection. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and leucovorin calcium, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab may stop or slow colorectal cancer by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
