This study is being done to learn whether a telehealth intervention called "Internet-Based Parent Child Interaction Therapy," or I-PCIT," can help parents improve the child's behavior if the child currently or previously went through cancer treatment. Parents who choose to be in this study will complete a survey to help researchers figure out if the parent is eligible for the larger study. If a parent is eligible for the larger study and chooses to participate, if so, the participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the I-PCIT intervention now or to be on a waitlist and begin I-PCIT in 5-6 months. This study includes a 12-week culinary medicine intervention integrated within the existing YMCA Suncoast Survivorship and Wellness Program Powered by Moffitt. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of WSD0922-FU for the treatment of glioblastoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the central nervous system (central nervous system metastases). WSD0922-FU is a targeted treatment which blocks the EGFR protein - a strategy that has led to a lot of benefit in patients with many different cancers. This is a prospective, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multi-center, Phase 3 study of GLSI-100 immunotherapy in HLA-A\*02 positive and HER2/neu positive subjects who are at high risk for disease recurrence and have completed both neoadjuvant and postoperative adjuvant standard of care therapy. Treatment consists of 6 intradermal injections, Primary Immunization Series (PIS), over the first 6 months of treatment and 5 booster intradermal injections spaced 6 months apart.
