This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis. REFLECTION is a multi-center, prospective, non-interventional, cohort study that will enroll approximately 17,000 individuals who have opted to be screened with Galleri®, a blood-based, multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test in routine clinical settings. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, extent of the side effects, and immune responses of the study vaccine (called variant-adapted BNT162b2 RNA-based vaccine) in healthy children. The trial is divided into 5 individual studies or substudies based on age group and prior history of COVID-19 vaccinations. All participants in each of the 5 sub-studies will receive study vaccine as a shot depending on what group they are in. * Substudy A design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 4 years 3 months of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naïve) and will receive 3 doses of study vaccine as their initial series, followed by a fourth dose of study vaccine. Phase 2/3 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive 1, 2, or 3 doses of study vaccine, depending on what group they are in. * Substudy B design: includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have either received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy C design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have received 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their fourth dose. * Substudy D design: includes participants 5 through less than12 years of age who have received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy E design: includes participants 2 through less than 12 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive a single dose of study vaccine. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of a technology-based intervention for managing nausea and vomiting in older adults with cancer. Glaucoma is a progressive disease resulting in blindness. Determining the onset of the disease is critical so patients may obtain treatment to preserve useful vision. This study will collect data from a population of glaucoma suspects (with positive factors for the disease but with normal vision) along with a population of age matched controls using the pattern electroretinogram (PERG) and other standard eye tests for glaucoma. The PERG measures the function of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) which come together to form the optic nerve. RGCs may become dysfunctional before dying. The Continuous loop deconvolution technique (CLAD) will be used to extract transient PERG responses in both glaucoma suspects and age matched controls. All patients will be monitored with PERG, Optic Coherence Tomography (OCT) and other ancillary tests over 2 years. CLAD will be compared with conventional techniques of monitoring glaucoma (standard PERG, OCT, visual field etc) to see if the CLAD is better at distinguishing between glaucoma suspects and controls. This is an observational longitudinal study to determine the natural history and genotype-phenotype correlations of disease causing mutations in Charcot Marie Tooth disease (CMT) type 1B (CMT1B), 2A (CMT2A), 4A (CMT4A), and 4C (CMT4C). Cancers attract myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) that prevent our own immune responses from destroying the cancer. This study will be the first study to begin to determine if the newly discovered drug SX-682 can block cancers from attracting MDSCs. This first study will enroll participants with melanoma, as melanoma cancer has been shown to be able to attract MDSCs. The study will begin to determine if SX-682 is a safe and effective treatment of melanoma. It is thought that SX-682 will block MDSCs from going to the cancer, and thus will allow a patient's own immune system to attack the cancer. The first participants enrolled in the study will receive for 21 days SX-682 as monotherapy. After 21 days participants will receive pembrolizumab therapy (an approved immunotherapy for melanoma) in combination with SX-682 for up to approximately 2 years. Once the safe dose level of SX-682 in combination with pembrolizumab is determined, the remaining participants will be enrolled at the highest safe dose level of SX-682, in combination with pembrolizumab. The goal of this clinical trial to follow the progress of wounds in those with chronic venous leg ulcers while using a non-bordered foam dressing. The main objective is to follow the progress of these wounds over time from initial visit to each follow-up visit.
