The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effect of language and behavioral interventions for students who are English language learners and who have symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The main question it aims to answer is: - Which intervention is better for the students: the behavioral intervention, the language intervention, or a combination of the behavioral and language interventions? Participants will be asked to do the following: * Participants' parents and teachers will be asked to complete questionnaires about their behavior. * Participants will be asked to complete tests assessing language, cognitive, and academic abilities. * Members of the research team will complete classroom observations for the participating students. * Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups: a school as usual group, a language group, a daily report card group, and a combined daily report card and language group. * If assigned to the language group, participants will receive an 18-week language intervention. * If assigned to the daily report card group, a behavioral consultant will work with participants' parents and teachers to set up a home-school behavior plan called a daily report card. * If assigned to the combined daily report card and language group, participants will receive both the language intervention and the daily report card. * If assigned to the school as usual group, participants will no study interventions. Researchers will compare the language group, the daily report card group, the combined language and daily report card group, and the school as usual group to see which group has the best language learning and classroom behavior at the end of the program. A migraine is a moderate to severe headache typically on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) is defined as migraine attacks that occur within the perimenstrual period (PMP) in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles. The PMP is from 2 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding to 2 days after. This study will assess how safe and effective ubrogepant is in treating menstrual migraine. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Ubrogepant is an investigational drug being developed for short-term prevention of menstrual migraine. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to receive either ubrogepant or placebo. Around 450 adult female participants with menstrual migraine will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses per cycle for 3 PMPs during double-blind period (16 weeks). Eligible participants may continue to receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days per cycle starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses during open-label extension period (52 weeks). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will collect data daily in electronic diaries and attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a phase 2, open-label extension study to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of lunsekimig in adult participants with moderate-to-severe asthma who have previously completed the parent study. After completion of the parent study, eligible participants will be offered the opportunity to participate in the long-term extension (LTE) study with lunsekimig. Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is widely used for chronic and acute wounds, severe burns, and post-operative care. Despite its benefits, the strong adhesive required to maintain an airtight seal increases the risk of medical adhesive-related skin injuries (MARSI), pain, and discomfort during removal. Global Biomedical Technologies (GBT) aims to develop an NPWT drape with "switchable adhesive" technology to enhance removal while maintaining an effective seal. This innovation is expected to benefit both single-use and serial-use NPWT applications by reducing MARSI and improving patient comfort. This project will compare the functionality and acceptability of Comfort Release® NPWT drapes with the industry-standard V.A.C. drape (KCI Technologies, Inc.) in a non-blinded randomized controlled trial. Specific Aims Aim 1: Compare Comfort Release® drapes with V.A.C. drapes in single-use NPWT applications in post-surgical patients (n=200) at Columbia University Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center. Milestones: Demonstrate statistically significant (α=0.05) improvement over V.A.C. drapes in: Reduction of MARSI (Medical Adhesive-Related Skin Injury scoring system) Decreased pain (Indiana Polyclinic Combined Pain Scale) Reduced need for pain/anxiety medication Equivalent or improved seal effectiveness (leak incidence rate) Clinician acceptability Aim 2: Compare Comfort Release® drapes with V.A.C. drapes in serial-use NPWT applications in chronic wound patients (n=100) at Weill Cornell Medical Center. Patients will undergo three NPWT drape changes per week. This is a parallel-group, Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 2-arm study for the treatment of asthma. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of add-on therapy with SC lunsekimig compared with placebo in male and female participants (aged 18 to 80 years, inclusive) with asthma, who are not currently eligible for biologic treatments.
