The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the efficacy of BIIB059 (litifilimab) compared with placebo in reducing skin disease activity measured by the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Physician's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R) score [Parts A and B (US)] and the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index Activity (CLASI-A) score [Part B (ROW)] in participants with active SCLE and/or CCLE with or without systemic manifestations and refractory and/or intolerant to antimalarials. The secondary objectives of the study are to evaluate the efficacy of BIIB059 in reducing SCLE and/or CCLE disease activity by CLA-IGA-R, CLASI-A; to evaluate additional efficacy parameters of BIIB059 in reducing SCLE and/or CCLE disease activity; safety; tolerability; and immunogenicity of BIIB059 [Parts A and B]. TARGET-HCC is a longitudinal, observational study of patients being managed for HCC in usual clinical practice. TARGET-HCC will create a research registry of participants with HCC within academic and community real-world practices in order to assess the safety and effectiveness of the entire spectrum of current and future therapies across diverse populations. This phase II trial studies how well the combination of dabrafenib and trametinib works after radiation therapy in children and young adults with high grade glioma who have a genetic change called BRAF V600 mutation. Radiation therapy uses high energy rays to kill tumor cells and reduce the size of tumors. Dabrafenib and trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking BRAF and MEK, respectively, which are enzymes that tumor cells need for their growth. Giving dabrafenib with trametinib after radiation therapy may work better than treatments used in the past in patients with newly-diagnosed BRAF V600-mutant high-grade glioma. Read Less

The purpose of this extension study is to collect long-term efficacy, safety and tolerability data on remibrutinib in a selected group of participants with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) who previously completed the treatment phase of remibrutinib preceding Phase 3 studies. This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. This study is investigating how Mim8 works compared to other medicines in people with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medicine that will be used for prevention of bleeding episodes. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). When and how often participants will receive Mim8 is dependent on their previous treatment - but is otherwise decided by chance. Mim8 will be injected into a skinfold on the stomach with a thin needle either once a week or once a month. The study will last 54-124 weeks (12-29 months) depending on how long participants will be followed in run-in before they start treatment and if they continue in the follow period or transfer to an open label extension study. This phase III trial compares the effects of nivolumab with chemo-immunotherapy versus chemo-immunotherapy alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Treatment for PMBCL involves chemotherapy combined with an immunotherapy called rituximab. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving nivolumab with chemo-immunotherapy may help treat patients with PMBCL. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at high risk for the recurrence of the disease. Pembrolizumab is an approved treatment in some countries in this clinical setting. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs. How much study drug is in the blood at different times. Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life. Read Less

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating RA when compared to adalimumab in adult participants with inadequate response or intolerance to one TNF-inhibitor who are on a stable dose of methotrexate (MTX). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of RA. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given adalimumab. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms randomly, to receive either upadacitinib or adalimumab. There is 1 in 2 chance that participants will receive adalimumab. Each group consists of 2 periods. Approximately 480 participants diagnosed with RA will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive the oral upadacitinib once daily and matching adalimumab placebo every other week, or the subcutaneous adalimumab every other week and matching upadacitinib placebo once daily during Period 1. Eligible participants will continue to receive same study treatment in Period 2 as assigned in Period 1 and will be followed for 30 days and 70 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires. Read Less
