This clinical trial is designed to test whether a single image-guided intracerebral administration of inhibitory nerve cells, called interneurons (NRTX-1001), into subjects with drug-resistant unilateral mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE), with or without mesial temporal sclerosis (MTS), is safe (frequency of adverse events) and effective (seizure frequency). NRTX-1001 comprises human interneurons that secrete a neurotransmitter, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

The "Door-In-Door-Out" (DIDO) process at the first hospital can take time making transferred patients no longer able to get the advanced treatments. This study will help hospitals across the US "stand up" new ways to evaluate stroke patients, decide who needs to be transferred, and transfer them quickly for advanced treatment.

This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of a single injection of iltamiocel (300 x 10\^6 cells) compared to a placebo in the reduction of fecal incontinence episode frequency in adult female participants with chronic fecal incontinence and a history of obstetric anal sphincter injury.
