This study examines how well a new, potential medicine called NDec works and is tolerated in people with sickle cell disease. NDec is a combination of two medicines (decitabine-tetrahydrouridine). Both medicines are new for the treatment of sickle cell disease. Participants who are not taking Hydroxyurea (HU) will get NDec, NDec and placebo, or placebo. Participants who are on HU treatment before joining the study will get NDec, NDec and placebo, or continue on HU. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants getting NDec and/or Placebo will get capsules to take twice weekly. The study will last for about a year. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test a new medication called Mosunetuzumab to see if it can help people with Extranodal Marginal Zone Lymphoma (EMZL). This study will include people who have not yet received any treatment for cancer and whose cancer is in stage I-IV. This study will help doctors understand if Mosunetuzumab improves outcomes in people with EMZL and if it is safe to use. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. All participants in the study will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (20 months). The purpose of this research study is to see if the medication sacituzumab govitecan (SG) is effective at the currently approved dose and schedule in people who have previously received trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of metastatic, hormone receptor positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 low (HER2 low) breast cancer. Although SG is approved to treat metastatic HR+/HER2 negative breast cancer, the aim of this study is to determine if SG is still effective specifically in people who have already received T-DXd. Hypotheses 1a and 1b: Compared to Supportive Conversation arm, the EMPOWER intervention will significantly decrease surrogate decision makers' symptoms of grief and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) (primary outcomes); and H1b. experiential avoidance, depression, regrets, and increases in patients' value-concordant care (secondary outcomes) at T1-T4. Hypothesis 2. Qualitative data will provide insights not captured by quantitative data. Hypothesis 3.
