This is a multicenter, Phase 1/2 clinical trial to evaluate DCC-3084 alone or in combination with other cancer therapies in participants with advanced cancers. Module A will enroll participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors. Additional modules exploring other cancers may be added to the master protocol at a later date. This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of PF-07220060 with letrozole compared to approved treatments (ie, palbociclib, ribociclib or abemaciclib with letrozole) in people with breast cancer: * HR-positive (breast cancer cells that need estrogen or progesterone to grow) * HER2-negative (cells that have a small amount or none of a protein called HER2 on their surface); * locally advanced (that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes) or metastatic disease (the spread of cancer to other places in the body) * who have not received any prior systemic anti-cancer treatment for advanced/metastatic disease. Approximately half of the participants will receive PF-07220060 plus letrozole while the other half of participants will receive the investigator's choice of treatment plus letrozole. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard adjuvant endocrine therapy for patients with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer with intermediate-high or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy). This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib works in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare genitourinary (GU) tumors that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors that have no treatment options compared to giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, or ipilimumab alone. This is a Phase III, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter, study evaluating the efficacy and safety of adjuvant giredestrant compared with endocrine therapy of physician's choice in participants with medium- and high-risk Stage I-III histologically confirmed estrogen receptor (ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative early breast cancer.
