This phase III trial studies magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) surveillance and prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) to see how well they work compared to MRI surveillance alone in treating patients with small cell lung cancer. MRI scans are used to monitor the possible spread of the cancer with an MRI machine over time. Study of Various Treatments in Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) Patients Who Have Aspects of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH)
This study will look at how different single and combination study treatments will work in adults with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) who have features of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). The study will see if the treatments are safe and see if they can improve NAFLD.
An Open-Label Study of JZP-458 (RC-P) in Patients With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)/Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (LBL)
This is an open-label, multicenter, dose confirmation, and PK study of JZP-458 in patients (of any age) with ALL/LBL who are hypersensitive to E. coli-derived asparaginases (allergic reaction or silent inactivation). This study is designed to assess the tolerability and efficacy of JZP-458 (only in patients who develop hypersensitivity to an E. coli-derived asparaginase), as measured by asparaginase activity.
Duloxetine to Prevent Oxaliplatin-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy in Patients With Stage II-III Colorectal Cancer
This phase II/III trial studies the best dose of duloxetine and how well it works in preventing pain, tingling, and numbness (peripheral neuropathy) caused by treatment with oxaliplatin in patients with stage II-III colorectal cancer. Duloxetine increases the amount of certain chemicals in the brain that help relieve depression and pain. Giving duloxetine in patients undergoing treatment with oxaliplatin for colorectal cancer may help prevent peripheral neuropathy.

Patients are enrolled to screening (Reg Step 1) prior to or after ASCT but prior to Reg Step 2. Patients are followed until they will begin Maintenance and then registered to Reg Step 2 (first randomization).
