This trial will look at a drug called SEA-CD70 with and without azacitidine, to find out if it is safe for participants with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It will study SEA-CD70 to find out what its side effects are and if it works for AML and MDS. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. This study will have seven groups or "parts." * Part A will find out how much SEA-CD70 should be given to participants * Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-CD70 is and if it works to treat participants with MDS. * Part C will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-CD70 is and if it works to treat participants with AML. * Part D will find out how much SEA-CD70 with azacitidine should be given to participants * Part E will use the dose found in Part D to find out how safe SEA-CD70 with azacitidine is and if it works to treat participants with MDS or MDS/AML that has not been treated. * Part F will use the dose found in Part D to find out how safe SEA-CD70 with azacitidine is and if it works to treat participants with MDS or MDS/AML. * Part G will find out how much SEA-CD70 with azacitidine and with venetoclax should be given to participants with AML. Also, to evaluate safety and tolerability of PF-08046040 in combination with azacitidine and venetoclax in participants with previously untreated AML who are unfit for standard induction chemotherapy. The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Endoluminal Surgical (ELS) System in subjects undergoing specified transanal endoluminal procedures in the rectum and sigmoid colon. Subjects will undergo endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), with or without closure at the discretion of the Investigator, of benign lesions in the rectum and sigmoid colon. This is a parallel, double blind, Phase 3, 2-arm study that is designed to provide additional safety information, assess the durability of treatment response, and provide additional PK and immunogenicity assessments. The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and tolerability of both itepekimab SC Q2W or itepekimab SC Q4W in participants with COPD having completed the treatment period of the clinical studies EFC16750 or EFC16819. A secondary purpose of this study is to provide efficacy outcomes beyond the treatment period of the parent trials EFC16750 and EFC16819. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in participants from previous Merck pembrolizumab-based parent studies who transition into this extension study. This study will consist of three phases: 1) First Course Phase, 2) Survival Follow-up Phase or 3) Second Course Phase. Each participant will transition to this extension study in one of the following three phases, depending on the study phase they were in at the completion of the parent study. Participants who were in the First Course Phase of study treatment with pembrolizumab or lenvatinib in their parent study will enter the First Course Phase of this study and complete up to 35 doses or more every 3 weeks (Q3W) or 17 doses or more every 6 weeks (Q6W) of study treatment with pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab-based combination or lenvatinib according to arm assignment. Participants who were in the Follow-up Phase in the parent study (post-treatment or Survival Follow-up Phase) will enter the Survival Follow-up Phase of this study. Participants who were in the Second Course Phase in their parent study will enter Second Course Phase of this study and complete up to 17 doses Q3W or 8 doses Q6W of study treatment with pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab-based combination according to arm assignment. Any participant originating from a parent trial where crossover to pembrolizumab was permitted upon disease progression may be eligible for 35 doses as Q3W or 17 doses Q6W of pembrolizumab (approximately 2 years), if they progress while on the control arm and pembrolizumab is approved for the indication in the country where the potential eligible crossover participant is being evaluated. This phase II trial tests how well nivolumab and ipilimumab immunotherapy with or without cabozantinib works in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back (after a period of improvement) (recurrent), has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), or for which no treatment is currently available (incurable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving immunotherapy with nivolumab and ipilimumab and targeted therapy with cabozantinib may help shrink and stabilize nasopharyngeal cancer. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of ALN-APP on measures of CAA disease progression and to characterize the safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamics (PD) of ALN-APP in adult patients with sporadic CAA (sCAA) and Dutch-type CAA (D-CAA). This study is open to adults aged 55 years and older with geographic atrophy that was diagnosed by imaging of the retina. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1584862 improves the eyes in people with geographic atrophy and to find the most suitable dose. This study has 4 treatment groups. Participants are put into groups randomly, which means by chance. Initially participants can join a BI 1584862 and a placebo group; then more participants are put randomly in 2 additional BI 1584862 groups and a placebo group. Participants are in the study for 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site 13 times. At the visits, doctors check the severity of participants' eye disease and collect information on any health problems. They take detailed pictures of the back of the eye, the retina, with imaging methods called fundus autofluorescence (FAF) and optical coherence tomography (OCT). They measure areas of the retina that appear healthy (bright) or start to waste away (dark, atrophy). The changes over time are then compared between the treatment groups. Read Less

The objective of the Global Paradise® System US Post Approval Study (US GPS) is to evaluate the real-world use of the Paradise Ultrasound Renal Denervation System indicated for patients who are unable to lower their blood pressure with lifestyle changes and medication. This system is comprised of a catheter, cable, balloon, and generator and has received FDA approval in the United States. Information collected in this study will be analyzed to better understand the long-term safety and effectiveness of treatment with the Paradise System for patients with high blood pressure. Read Less
