A Study to Learn if 27T51, a Mucin-16 (MUC16) Protein Targeting Immune Cell Therapy, Administered Alone or in Combination is Safe and How Well it Works for Adult Participants With Recurrent or Treatment Resistant Ovarian Cancers
Recruiting
This study is researching an experimental CAR T cell therapy called 27T51, referred to as study drug. The study drug is a MUC16 targeting immune cell therapy focused on adult female participants with recurrent or difficult to treat epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer. This study has two (2) major parts: Phase 1a Dose Escalation and Phase 1b Dose Expansion. The aim of the dose escalation part will be to test the safety of 27T51 in a small number of participants to fi... Read More

Impact of High Versus Lower Oxygen Fraction Prior to Extubation on Postoperative Pulmonary Atelectasis Measured With EIT
Recruiting
Patients undergoing general anesthesia require mechanical ventilation (artificial delivery of air and oxygen to their lungs). It is well known that during mechanical ventilation, so-called atelectasis formation occurs. This is a condition characterized by partial or complete collapse of lung tissue that can result in a reduction in oxygen uptake through the lung. A known risk factor for atelectasis formation during mechanical ventilation is the utilization of high oxygen concentration, as the ox... Read More

Mixed Vs Blocked Search: Four Unique Tasks
Recruiting
The goal is to look for qualitative differences in visual search behavior when one search is performed many times in a row compared to when multiple search tasks are intermixed. Four search tasks are tested. In the Mixed condition, the four tasks are randomly changed from trial to trial. In the Blocked condition, each task is run as a block of 100 trials.

Experiment 3: Mixed vs Blocked; Dashboard Paradigm
Recruiting
The goal is to look for qualitative differences in visual search behavior when one search is performed many times in a row compared to when multiple search tasks are intermixed. Four search tasks are tested. The target is the same in every task but the types of distractors change from task to task. In this version, observers get some degree of choice in what they are searching.
