CRC is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide with developed countries at highest risk. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when telisotuzumab adizutecan is given in combination with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil (5FU), leucovorin (LV) (FOLFOX), and bevacizumab or panitumumab. Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of mCRC. Fluorouracil and leucovorin are drugs approved for the treatment of mCRC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with increasing doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with FOLFOX and bevacizumab or 5FU/LV and panitumumab until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. Participants will then be randomized into 3 groups called treatment arms where one group will receive one of two optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan from the dose escalation phase with FOLFOX and bevacizumab or 5FU/LV and panitumumab, or a comparator of FOLFOX and bevacizumab or panitumumab. Approximately 390 adult participants with mCRC will be enrolled in the study in 100 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with FOLFOX and bevacizumab or 5FU/LV and panitumumab until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive FOLFOX or receive 5FU/LV, but with one of two optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan, or a comparator of FOLFOX and bevacizumab/pantitumumab. The study will run for a duration of approximately 6 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). We are studying a treatment for depression called accelerated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) among pregnant and postpartum individuals. TMS is a focal, non-invasive form of brain stimulation that is cleared by the Food and Drug Administration for depression. Typically, traditional TMS involves daily treatments for 6-8 weeks. In this study, we will offer an accelerated form of TMS that involves multiple daily treatments for 5 days. Read Less

RADIANT is a network of 14 clinical sites and several laboratories dedicated to the study of atypical diabetes. The objective of this study is to define new forms of diabetes and the unique mechanisms underlying these forms of atypical diabetes. The specific aims are to: 1. The purpose of the study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the treatment of alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a disease that causes hair loss on the scalp, face, and areas of the body. Ritlecitinib is approved in many countries at a dose of 50 mg (milligram) taken by mouth once a day for the treatment of patients 12 years and older with severe alopecia areata. This study will look at both the 50 mg dose and a 100 mg dose. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 12 years of age or older * Have a diagnosis of alopecia areata * Have lost 50% or more of the hair on their scalp * Do not have any other conditions that causes hair loss * Are willing to stop all other treatments that they may be taking for alopecia areata About 550 participants will take part in in this study. Participants will be chosen by chance, like drawing names out of a hat, to receive 1 of 2 different amounts of ritlecitinib (50 mg and 100 mg) taken by mouth once daily. The 2 doses of ritlecitinib in this study will be compared to each other and also to data from previous studies. This will help to see if the 100 mg dose of ritlecitinib is safe and effective. People will be in this study for about 13 months. During the study, participants will need to visit the study site up to 9 times. Participants will undergo various tests and procedures such as: * alopecia areata assessment, * physical examinations, * hearing tests, * blood tests, * x-ray, * ECG (electrocardiogram), * photographs of the scalp and eyes. Participants include men and women ≥ 40 years of age with T2DM, established CV disease, a history of HTN with an SBP of at least 130 mmHg at screening, who meet the predefined serum potassium level, and with at least one additional risk factor for HF. The study will include an optional pre-screening period to facilitate sites' identification of potentially eligible participants to enter the full screening assessments. Participants will not be required to visit the site and no informed consent is required for the optional pre-screening period. The pre-screening assessments do not replace the full screening tests at Visit 1. Upon entering the screening period, all consented participants (after signature of screening ICF) will be screened during an up to 14-day screening period. Participants who meet all screening inclusion/exclusion criteria but are not treated with SGLT2i or are treated for less than 4 weeks will enter a run-in period with dapagliflozin 10 mg once daily for at least 4 weeks (and not more than 6 weeks) before randomisation. Site visits will take place at approximately 2-, 4-, 8-, 16-, and 34-weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months. The study closure procedures will be initiated when the predetermined number of the first secondary endpoint events (ie, the composite of hospitalisation for HF or CV death) is predicted to have occurred i.e., the PACD. In case of premature discontinuation of the blinded study intervention, participants will remain in the study. Unless a participant meets the dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, they will continue to receive open label dapagliflozin 10 mg. Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a condition where the immune system mistakenly destroys platelets, which are cells that help stop bleeding. This leads to a low number of platelets, making it easier to bruise or bleed. The main aim of this study is to learn whether mezagitamab, when given just under the skin (subcutaneously \[SC\]), is effective in keeping the platelet count of adults with ITP stable when compared to a placebo. A placebo looks like medicine but doesn't have any active ingredients in it. The participants will be treated with mezagitamab for up to 6 months. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times. Participants who complete the TAK-079-3002 study or do not have any response to study treatment by week 16 (according to study criteria) will be given the opportunity to participate in a continuation study to receive open label mezagitamab (if they are eligible and the site is able to open the continuation study). Background: During the first few decades of life, the brain changes dramatically in shape and function. Sleep lets researchers measure these changes. Researchers want to create a database of sleep and neurodevelopmental data in a group of infants and children to learn more. Objective: To address a knowledge and data gap in the field of sleep and neurodevelopment in infants and children. Eligibility: Children ages 6 months to 76 months who may or may not be at risk for neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders. Also, children ages 6 months to 8 years who have a referral for a sleep study. Design: Participants will have neurodevelopmental testing. They will have a medical, psychiatric, and family history. They will have a physical and neurological exam. They will be interviewed and complete surveys. They will give a cheek swab and/or blood sample. Some participants will have 1 study visit that lasts 2 days. Other participants will have up to 4 study visits. Each visit will last 2 days. Visits occur every 8 months to 1 year, for a total participation time of 2 years. Participants will have a 20-minute daytime electroencephalogram (EEG), if possible. This EEG session will be used to calibrate the machine for the overnight study. Participants will take part in an inpatient overnight sleep study. Electrodes will be placed on the participants. For young children, parents will help place the EEG leads. Other sensors may also be placed. A gauze cap will be placed on participants head to protect the leads and keep the participants from moving them. 'Lights out' will occur as close to participants bedtime as possible. Read Less
