A Phase 3b, open-label, single-arm, rollover study to evaluate the long-term safety of luspatercept, to the following participants: * Participants receiving luspatercept on a parent protocol at the time of their transition to the rollover study, who tolerate the protocol-prescribed regimen in the parent trial and, in the opinion of the investigator, may derive clinical benefit from continuing treatment with luspatercept * Participants in the follow-up phase previously treated with luspatercept or placebo in the parent protocol will continue into long-term post-treatment follow-up in the rollover study until the follow-up commitments are met * The study design is divided into the Transition Phase, Treatment Phase and Follow-up Phase. Participants will enter transition phase and depending on their background will enter either the treatment phase or the Long-term Post-treatment Follow-up (LTPTFU) phase * Transition Phase is defined as one Enrollment visit * Treatment Phase: For participants in luspatercept treatment the dose and schedule of luspatercept in this study will be the same as the last dose and schedule in the parent luspatercept study. This does not apply to participants that are in long-term follow-up from the parent protocol * Follow-up Phase includes: - 42 Day Safety Follow-up Visit * During the Safety Follow up, the participants will be followed for 42 days after the last dose of luspatercept, for the assessment of safety-related parameters and adverse event (AE) reporting - Long-term Post-treatment Follow-up (LTPTFU) Phase * Participants will be followed for overall survival every 6 months for at least 5 years from first dose of luspatercept in the parent protocol, or 3 years of post-treatment from last dose, whichever occurs later, or until death, withdrawal of consent, study termination, or until a subject is lost to follow-up. Participants will also be monitored for progression to AML or any malignancies/pre-malignancies. New anticancer or disease related therapies should be collected at the same time schedule Participants transitioning from a parent luspatercept study in post-treatment follow-up (safety or LTPTFU) will continue from the same equivalent point in this rollover study. The ACE-536-LTFU-001 rollover study will be terminated, and relevant participants will discontinue from the study when all participants fulfill 5 years on the study, including treatment and follow-up. This phase III trial studies whether adding apalutamide to the usual treatment improves outcome in patients with lymph node positive prostate cancer after surgery. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-ray to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Androgens, or male sex hormones, can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Drugs, such as apalutamide, may help stop or reduce the growth of prostate cancer cell growth by blocking the attachment of androgen to its receptors on cancer cells, a mechanism similar to stopping the entrance of a key into its lock. Adding apalutamide to the usual hormone therapy and radiation therapy after surgery may stabilize prostate cancer and prevent it from spreading and extend time without disease spreading compared to the usual approach. The aim of this study is to develop and assess the feasibility and effect of a web-based, personalized risk-estimation for Crohn's disease (PRE-Crohn's) tool on behaviors and biomarkers associated with risk for Crohn's disease in unaffected first-degree relatives of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. We hypothesize that personalized risk disclosure via the PRE-Crohn's educational tool is both feasible and successful in modifying behaviors associated with Crohn's disease risk and normalizing pre-clinical disease biomarkers when compared to standard Crohn's disease education. Broadly, completion of this project will also help elucidate the role of lifestyle and dietary factors in pre-clinical Crohn's disease development in high-risk individuals, and provide novel insight into potential strategies for disease prevention in this population. Newborns with congenital heart disease (CHD) are at increased risk of developing postpartum and postoperative blood clots after cardiac surgery. The molecular mechanisms that are responsible for the clotting profile predisposing children to blood clots in the early stages of life are currently not well described. The goal of this proposal is to prospectively collect plasma samples from ten (10) neonates with antenatal diagnosis of severe congenital heart disease (CHD) to better understand mechanisms responsible for abnormal clotting in the perioperative period. The objective of the Global Paradise® System US Post Approval Study (US GPS) is to evaluate the real-world use of the Paradise Ultrasound Renal Denervation System indicated for patients who are unable to lower their blood pressure with lifestyle changes and medication. This system is comprised of a catheter, cable, balloon, and generator and has received FDA approval in the United States. Information collected in this study will be analyzed to better understand the long-term safety and effectiveness of treatment with the Paradise System for patients with high blood pressure. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective risankizumab subcutaneous (SC) induction treatment is in treating moderately to severely active CD in adult participants. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with CD. This study comprises of a Period A, a Period B, and a Period C. In Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups to receive either risankizumab SC Dose A or Placebo. In Period B, based on response, participants will receive risankizumab SC Dose B or Placebo. Participants who do not have improvement in CD symptoms at Week 12 will receive risankizumab SC Dose C and participants with worsening CD symptoms in period B will receive risankizumab SC. In Period C, eligible participants will receive open-label risankizumab SC Dose D. Approximately 276 adult participants with a diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites globally. Participants will receive SC induction treatment of risankizumab or matching placebo for up to 24 weeks in Period A and B followed by an open-label risankizumab extension in Period C for 52 weeks. The objective of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of vorasidenib in combination with temozolomide (TMZ) and to establish the recommended combination dose (RCD) of vorasidenib. The study will begin as a Phase Ib study to determine the RCD and then will transition to a Phase II study to assess the clinical efficacy of vorasidenib at the RCD in combination with TMZ. During the treatment period participants will have study visits on day 1 and 22 of each cycle, with additional visits occurring during the first cycle of the Phase 1b study. Approximately 30 days after treatment has ended, a safety follow-up visit will occur and then participants will be followed for survival every 3 months. Pediatric patients undergoing stem cell transplant (SCT) are hospitalized for extended periods and are at high risk for sleep disturbances. In order to begin to address the environmental issues that SCT recipients face during inpatient hospitalizations, investigators will conduct a single arm pilot study of a program entitled 'Developing Restful Environments and Management Strategies' (DREAMS). The program will provide children receiving SCT and families with information and a kit that includes tools which may support sleep and circadian health during an inpatient hospitalization.
