Iltamiocel Compared to Placebo for Chronic Fecal Incontinence in Females With Obstetric Injury

This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of a single injection of iltamiocel (300 x 10^6 cells) compared to a placebo in the reduction of fecal incontinence episode frequency in adult female participants with chronic fecal incontinence and a history of obstetric anal sphincter injury. Half of the participants will receive iltamiocel (injections with cells) and the other half will receive placebo.

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and anti-tumor activity of GEN3017 as a monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) CD30-expressing lymphomas.

This research study is trying to determine which patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), as grouped by their risk for tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), are able to safely tolerate an accelerated, daily venetoclax dose ramp-up rather than the standard approved schedule (5-week dose ramp-up).
