This is a 2-part (phase 2b/3) prospective, interventional, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. Part 1 (phase 2b) is a dose-finding study for CSL300 vs placebo. Part 2 (phase 3) aims to assess the efficacy of CSL300 on cardiovascular (CV) outcomes and safety in subjects with systemic inflammation and either atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) or diabetes with end stage kidney disease (ESKD) undergoing maintenance dialysis.

The MaesTTRo study aims to enroll a global cohort of patients with transthyretin (ATTR) amyloidosis to longitudinally observe the natural course of the disease and describe real-world treatment patterns and outcomes. In addition, information on the effectiveness of ATTR amyloidosis treatments, including eplontersen, which is a ligand-conjugated antisense oligonucleotide gene silencing treatment targeting activity against both the mutant and wild-type TTR protein, will be collected.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a autoimmune disease associated with an increased risk of developing coronary artery disease (CAD) and premature death,. Traditional CAD risk factors like hypertension (HTN) are both very common and poorly controlled among RA patients. Patients with RA face significant challenges in controlling HTN. The goal of this project is to identify barriers to HTN care in patients with RA to reduce CAD events.

This Phase III Trial will determine whether adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) added to ovarian function suppression (OFS) plus endocrine therapy (ET) is superior to OFS plus ET in improving invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) among premenopausal, early- stage breast cancer (EBC) patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, HER2-negative tumors and 21-gene recurrence score (RS) between 16-25 (for pN0 patients) and 0-25 (for pN1 patients).
