Natural Killer (NK) Cells in Combination With Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and Transforming Growth Factor Beta (TGFbeta) Receptor I Inhibitor Vactosertib in Cancer
Recruiting
One of the ways that cancer grows and spreads is by avoiding the immune system.NK cells are immune cells that kill cancer cells, but are often malfunctioning in people with colorectal cancer and blood cancers. A safe way to give people with colorectal cancer and blood cancers fresh NK cells from a healthy donor has recently been discovered. The purpose of this study is to show that using two medicines (vactosertib and IL-2) with NK cells will be safe and will activate the donor NK cells. NK cell... Read More

A Study of SGN-B6A in Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This trial will look at a drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A) alone and with pembrolizumab, with or without chemotherapy, to find out whether it is safe for people who have solid tumors. It will study sigvotatug vedotin to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether sigvotatug vedotin works to treat solid tumors. The study will have four parts. Part A of the study will find out how much sigvotatug vedotin... Read More

A Study of Alisertib in Patients With Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
PUMA-ALI-4201 is a Phase 2 study evaluating alisertib in patients with pathologically-confirmed extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) following progression on or after first-line treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy along with an anti-PDL-1 immunotherapy agent. This study is intended to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of alisertib and to identify the biomarker-defined subgroup(s) that may benefit most from alisertib treatment.

Letrozole With or Without Paclitaxel and Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Stage II-IV Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by... Read More
