Purpose Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cancer-related mortality disease in the United States, with a five-year survival rate of 11%, and only 10 15% of all pancreatic cancer patients are operable or borderline operable. Therefore, there is an unmet need for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer; however, biomarkers related to this are not well understood. The purpose of this study is to identify novel gene mutations which have contributed to significant personal and family history of cancer. Adults with and without cancer will be accrued to the study. Participants qualify to take part in this research study because someone in their family has been diagnosed with or because they themselves have a cancer diagnosis. Participants' DNA and other clinical information will be obtained from a blood sample in order to study the genetic basis of cancer and related complications. All portions in the DNA that code for proteins (i.e., the exome) will be studied. Participant DNA sample and information about family structure and family medical history and ethnic origin may also be collected to better understand this information. Clinical information will be stored and biological samples, including DNA, will be kept for up to three (3) years after collection for future. The overarching objective of this project is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma. This proposal defines Phase II MDM-based cancer detection studies in endometrial cancer (EC) and endometrial hyperplasia with atypia (AEH) in vaginal fluid and 2) ovarian cancer (OC) in plasma and vaginal fluid. The purpose of this study is to: * Test how well the study medicine Abemaciclib, a CDK4/6 inhibitor, works to shrink lung cancer tumors in the body. * Test the safety of Abemaciclib when given to participants with small cell lung cancer (SCLC), large cell neuroendocrine lung cancer, extrapulmonary small cell cancers and other high grade neuroendocrine cancers of the lung. Specifically, this study is looking at SCLC, large cell neuroendocrine lung cancer, extrapulmonary small cell cancers and other high grade neuroendocrine cancers of the lung that have not responded to treatment (refractory) or come back after treatment with chemotherapy (relapsed) as the study medication has been shown to be effective any time the disease relapses not just in the first few months. The veteran population is at increased risk for EAC and its precursor lesion, Barrett's esophagus (BE), due to increased prevalence of disease risk factors compared to the general population. BE is traditionally diagnosed only when patients undergo endoscopy with biopsies. However, due to the high cost of endoscopy and the lack of studies proving efficacy of screening, endoscopy to screen for BE is not routinely recommended. A simpler screening procedure similar to a pap smear would be an ideal way to sample the esophageal tissue for cancer and its precursor condition, BE. This study proposes a non-endoscopic detection method administered in outpatient offices which would increase subsequent endoscopic detection of BE. This phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries all over the world. The purpose of this study is to compare how well Rina-S works against platinum-resistant ovarian cancer compared to chemotherapy drugs that are already approved and used for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Treatment in this study could be Rina-S or it could be 1 of 4 indicated chemotherapy agents that are considered standard medical care. There is an equal (50:50) chance of getting Rina-S or an approved chemotherapy agent as treatment in this study. No one will know what treatment they are assigned to until the first dose.
