Up to 80% of breast cancer survivors experience chemotherapy-induced neuropathy that impairs quality of life and increases fall risk long into survivorship, yet treatment options for neuropathy remain limited. The successful treatment will target neurophysiologic mechanisms for restoring function while addressing patient-reported symptoms and participation in treatment. Toward this end, the investigators propose to study a noninvasive, social sensorimotor intervention - Adapted Argentine Tango - which targets motor control restoration, symptom alleviation, and treatment participation in concert. This phase II trial tests how well acalabrutinib works in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and evaluates how treatment with acalabrutinib affects heart function. Acalabrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It blocks a protein called BTK, which is present on B-cell (a type of white blood cells) cancers at abnormal levels. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and spreading. CLL/SLL patients treated with a different BTK inhibitor called ibrutinib often experience cardiac side effects, leading to discontinuation of life-saving therapy. Treatment with acalabrutinib after discontinuing, or even before starting, treatment with ibrutinib may reverse or prevent cardiac side effects and be an effective treatment option for patients with CLL/SLL. This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called BIIB091 in participants with MS who may be experiencing relapses. It is a 2-part study. In Part 1, one set of participants will take either BIIB091 or diroximel fumarate (DRF). In Part 2, a different set of participants will take either a combination of BIIB091 and DRF or DRF alone. The goal of the study is to learn more about the safety of BIIB091 and to compare the effects of the study drug when taken alone or together with DRF. The main question researchers are trying to answer are: * How many participants have new or worsening medical problems (adverse events) after taking BIIB091 or DRF? * How many new areas of inflammation occur in the brain after treatment with BIIB091 and DRF? Researchers will use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans to compare images of the brain before and after treatment. They will also explore the effect of BIIB091 and DRF on the heart using electrocardiograms (ECGs). The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants who joined Part 1 will be randomly assigned to receive either a high or low dose of BIIB091, or the standard dose of DRF. * The results of Part 1 will be used to choose the best dose of BIIB091 to use in Part 2. * Participants who join Part 2 will be randomly assigned to receive either a standard dose of DRF, a combo of BIIB091 and the standard dose of DRF, or a combo of BIIB91 with a low dose of DRF. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know which drug or dose the participants will receive in either part of the study. * The treatment period will last 48 weeks in each part of the study. Participants will take the drugs by mouth 2 times a day. * Each part will also have a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 2 weeks. * In total, participants in each part will have 20 study visits, or more if they have a relapse. To demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Shockwave Reducer for treatment of patients with refractory angina pectoris treated with maximally tolerated guideline-directed medical therapy who demonstrate objective evidence of reversible myocardial ischemia in the distribution of the left coronary artery and who are deemed unsuitable for revascularization. A non-randomized single-arm registry will further assess the safety and effectiveness of the Shockwave Reducer in selected subjects with reversible myocardial ischemia in the distribution of the right coronary artery and who are deemed unsuitable for revascularization, subjects without documented obstructive coronary disease and abnormal coronary flow reserve (ANOCA), and subjects who cannot complete an exercise tolerance test due to lower limb amputation (above the ankle) or other physiologic condition with documented chronic mobility or balance issues that require the use of a walking aid. The goal of this observational study is to compare two techniques routinely used to increase bone volume in the jaw prior to placing a dental implant, called osseocondensation and osseodensification. The study participants are healthy adults who are planning to get a dental implant. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is there a difference in wound closure and soft tissue healing following implant placement using osseocondensation versus osseodensification? * Is there a difference in bone density around implants placed with osseocondensation versus osseodensification? * Is there a difference in patient experience during surgery and early phases of healing with osseocondensation versus osseodensification? Researchers will compare implant sites where the osseocondensation technique was used to sites where the osseodensification technique was used to see if there are differences in the outcomes. It is important to note that the research study will not affect what treatment the participants get. The choice of which technique to use will be made by the dentist who is treating them, based on their clinical judgement. The researchers will only compare the outcomes for the techniques. For the research study, participants will undergo additional clinical measurements besides those done as the normal post-operative checks, and will fill out questionnaires about their experiences with the procedures. Getting the bone-increasing procedure and getting the dental implant are not part of the research study. Read Less
