Testing the Addition of AZD6738 (Ceralasertib) to Immunotherapy to Increase Time Without Cancer for Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding AZD6738 to durvalumab versus durvalumab alone to increase time without cancer in patients with non-small cell lung cancer, following treatment with chemotherapy and surgery. AZD6738 may stop the growth of tumor cells and may kill them by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Durvalumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can... Read More

Natural History, Physiology, Microbiome and Biochemistry Studies of Propionic Acidemia
Recruiting
Background:
People s bodies need to break down food into the chemicals. These chemicals are used for energy and growth. Some people cannot process all chemicals very well. Too much of some chemicals can cause diseases. One of these diseases is called propionic acidemia (PA). People with PA can have problems with growth, learning heart, abdomen, and other organs. Researchers want to better understand how these problems happen.
Objective:
To learn more about propionic acidemia and the genes tha... Read More

Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone With or Without Daratumumab in Treating Patients With High-Risk Smoldering Myeloma
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies how well lenalidomide and dexamethasone works with or without daratumumab in treating patients with high-risk smoldering myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may... Read More
