Based on previous data, a risk adaptive treatment approached is proposed in 4 groups: Low risk, standard risk, intermediate risk, and high risk. Human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA will be analyzed to identify novel biomarkers that predict chemoradiotherapy (CRT) response and toxicity.
