The research study is being done to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat people who were admitted to hospital because of a heart attack. Ziltivekimab might reduce development of heart disease, thereby preventing new heart attacks or strokes. Participants will either get ziltivekimab (active medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine which has no effect on the body). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. The chance of getting ziltivekimab or placebo is the same. The participant will need to inject the study medicine into a flat skin surface in there stomach, thigh, or upper arm once every month. Ziltivekimab is not yet approved in any country or region in the world. It is a new medicine that doctors cannot prescribe. The study will last for about 2 years. Read Less

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given in combination with Fluorouracil, Folinic Acid, and Bevacizumab to adult participants to treat unresctable metastatic colorectal cancer. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab (FFB) is an approved drug for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB in escalating doses on two different schedules (safety lead in), followed by low or high doses of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB or fluorouracil, folinic acid, irinotecan, and bevacizumab (standard of care \[SOC\]) \[dose optimization\] on its own, ending with low or high doses of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB for continued dose optimization and expansion. Approximately 280 adult participants with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer will be enrolled in the study in 65 sites worldwide. In the safety lead in, participants will receive escalating intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB on two different schedules. During the dose optimization participants will receive IV ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB at low or high doses determined in the safety lead in. The dose optimization arm will also include a comparator cohort in which participants will receive SOC. During the dose optimization and expansion stage, participants will receive IV ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB at low or high doses that have been determined from the previous stages. The study will run for a duration of approximately 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This phase III trial tests whether continuous or intermittent zanubrutinib after achieving a complete remission (CR) with rituximab works in older adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. When zanubrutinib is used in MCL, the current standard of care is to continue administering the drug indefinitely until disease progression. This continuous treatment comes with clinical as well as financial toxicity, which could be especially detrimental in older patients. For patients who achieve a CR after initial zanubrutinib plus rituximab therapy, it may be safe and equally effective to stop treatment and restart zanubrutinib upon disease progression rather than continuing indefinitely in previously untreated older adult patients with MCL. The phase III trial compares the effect of pembrolizumab to observation for the treatment of patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy in combination with pembrolizumab. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help researchers determine if observation will result in the same risk of cancer coming back as pembrolizumab after surgery in triple-negative breast cancer patients who achieve pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy with pembrolizumab. This phase II trial compares the effect of irinotecan versus oxaliplatin after long-course chemoradiation in patients with stage II-III rectal cancer. Combination chemotherapy drugs, such as FOLFIRINOX (fluorouracil, irinotecan, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin), FOLFOX (leucovorin, fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan ), and CAPOX (capecitabin and oxaliplatin) work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. FOLFOX or CAPOX are used after chemoradiation as usual treatment for rectal cancer. Giving FOLFIRINOX after chemoradiation may increase the response rate and lead to higher rates of clinical complete response (with a chance of avoiding surgery) compared to FOLFOX or CAPOX after chemoradiation in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer. This phase III trial compares the effects of olanzapine versus megestrol acetate in treating loss of appetite in patients with cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Olanzapine may stimulate and increase appetite. This study aims to find out if olanzapine is better than the usual approach (megestrol acetate) for stimulating appetite and preventing weight loss. This phase II trial studies the effect of duvelisib or CC-486 and usual chemotherapy consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide, and prednisone in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as CC-486, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for treating peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Read Less

This phase III trial compares an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence). Medication adherence is how well patients take the medication as prescribed by their doctors, and good medical adherence is when patients take medications correctly. Poor medication adherence has been shown to be a serious barrier to effective treatment for hormone receptor positive breast cancer patients. Adding text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling to usual care may increase the number of days that patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed. Read Less

Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, irinotecan, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before and after surgery (perioperatively) may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to giving chemotherapy after surgery (adjuvantly). Read Less

This is a 16-Week Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled, Parallel-Group, Multicenter Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of OPN-375 186 μg Twice a Day (BID) in Adolescents with Bilateral Nasal Polyps followed by a 12-Week Open-Label Treatment Phase. The total planned number of subjects is approximately 120 adolescents (12-17 years of age) who will be randomly assigned to receive 1 of 2 study treatments using a 2:1 ratio (OPN-375 186 μg: Placebo).
