The study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, Phase III study, to evaluate efficacy, safety and tolerability of iptacopan in patients with AChR+ gMG who are on stable SOC treatment. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria will be randomized in a ratio of 1:1, to receive either iptacopan or matching placebo, for 6 months (180 days) while continuing on a stable SOC treatment. This study is open to adults aged 18 years and older with different types of HER2+ cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. People can take part in this study if their tumours show HER2 aberrations and previous treatment was not successful. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of zongertinib that people with different types of HER2+ cancer that has spread can tolerate best when taken together with trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd), with trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1), or with trastuzumab and capecitabine. Another purpose is to check whether zongertinib alone and in combination with other treatments can make tumours shrink. Zongertinib inhibits HER2. HER2 causes cancer cells to grow. In this study, participants receive treatment in cycles. Study participants are treated with zongertinib alone or in combination with other treatments. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants in different groups receive increasing doses of zongertinib. In Part 2, participants are put into different groups by chance. Each group receives a different dose of zongertinib. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. During the study, the participants visit the study site regularly. In this study, researchers want to find the highest dose of zongertinib that participants can tolerate when taken together with other treatments. To find this out, researchers look at certain severe health problems that a number of participants have. This is a phase 1, multicenter, randomized, double-blind trial of two influenza A/H5 mRNA-based vaccines on healthy adult participants, 18-49 years of age. Stage 1 will serve as the open-label, dose finding stage. The first 10 participants will receive 12.5 mcg of H5 AC-Anhui RNA vaccine (Group 1), and the second 10 participants will receive 25 mcg of H5 AC-Anhui RNA vaccine (Group 2). After Protocol Safety Review Team (PSRT) review of reactogenicity and safety data through Day 8 for both Groups 1 and 2, another 10 participants may be enrolled to receive 50 mcg of H5 AC-Anhui RNA vaccine (Group 3). Safety data from 7 days after dose 2 for Groups 1 and 2 participants will be reviewed by the PSRT prior to clearing Group 3 participants for the second dose of vaccine. Individual participants will be followed for approximately 6 months following the second dose of vaccine. The primary objective is to assess the safety of two doses of H5 AC-Anhui RNA vaccine or H5-Astrakhan RNA vaccine administered intramuscularly in healthy adults (18-49 years). Once the Day 36 data from Group 3 are reviewed by the PSRT, a dose will be chosen (12.5 mcg, 25 mcg, or 50 mcg) for advancement to Stage 2 where 50 participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive either H5 AC-Anhui RNA (Group 4) or H5 Astrakhan RNA (Group 5) in a double-blinded manner. This is a randomized, open-label study comparing the efficacy and safety of adjuvant sacituzumab tirumotecan (MK-2870) in combination with pembrolizumab compared to treatment of physician's choice (TPC) in participants with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who received neoadjuvant therapy and did not achieve a pathological complete response (pCR) at surgery. The primary objective is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab to TPC (pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine) with respect to invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) per investigator assessment. The study treatment, BAY 3713372, is under development to treat MTAP (methylthioadenosine phosphorylase)-deleted solid tumors. It is thought to work by blocking the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5). This may kill the MTAP-deleted cancer cells while sparing the normal cells. The main objective of this first-in-human study is to check if BAY 3713372 is safe for further testing and find the dose that could be used to treat different cancer types that are also MTAP-deleted in future studies. For this, the researchers will study and analyze: * the number of participants who have adverse events after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372 and their severity. * the number of participants who experience dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372, their severity and how often they happened. A DLT is a pre-defined medical problem caused by a specific dose of a drug that is too severe to continue using that dose. * the total amount of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called AUC) over time after single and multiple doses. * the highest level of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called Cmax) after single and multiple doses. Other than the main objective, researchers will also check for the number of participants who show a response to treatment and how long they live without the cancer getting worse. The study participants will receive BAY 3713372 (starting from low to high doses) in the study, to find the highest safe dose for further testing. Participants may take the study treatment as long as they benefit from the treatment without any severe medical problems. Participants will visit the study site: * at least twice before the treatment starts * multiple times when they start taking the treatment * once after 30 days of receiving the last dose and every 9 weeks after that until the cancer worsens, or the participant stops for any other reason During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * check participants' health by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking heart health using an electrocardiogram * check if the participants' cancer has grown and/or spread using computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and, if needed, bone scan * take tumor samples The study doctors and their team will contact the participants every 3 months until 2 years after the last participant's last dose or the end of the study to learn about the participant's health. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat types of breast cancer that are both: * High-risk, which means the cancer may have a higher chance of getting worse or coming back after treatment * Early-stage, which means the cancer is in the breast or the lymph nodes around the breast The 2 types of breast cancer in this study are triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and hormone receptor (HR)-low positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) negative breast cancer. These cancers have zero or a low amount of a protein called HER2 and other proteins that attach to the hormones estrogen or progesterone. Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT or MK-2870), the study medicine, is a type of targeted therapy. A targeted therapy is a treatment that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread. The main goals of this study are to learn if people who receive sac-TMT, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy: * Have fewer cancer cells found in the tumors and lymph nodes removed during surgery compared to those who receive only pembrolizumab and chemotherapy * Live longer without the cancer growing, spreading, or coming back compared to people who receive only pembrolizumab with chemotherapy Read Less
