Pancreatic cysts are found incidentally on 15-50% of CT and MRIs for all indications and their prevalence is increasing. Many of these cysts may be precursors to pancreatic cancer, and thus pose a substantial risk, however, the vast majority are benign. Increased detection of pancreatic cysts provides an opportunity to diagnose pancreatic malignancy at an early, curable stage yet also increases the potential to over-treat clinically insignificant lesions. This presents a clinical challenge to prevent unnecessary resection of indolent disease, with associated risks of infections, bleeding, diabetes, and costly disability. This prospective, multicenter, 1:1 randomized, controlled trial is designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Breast Cancer Locator (BCL) in subjects with non-palpable invasive breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). The study will first determine the optimal dose of inupadenant to be given in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed to patients that progressed after receiving first line anti-PD(L)1 treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. This randomized phase III trial studies short course vaginal cuff brachytherapy to see how well it works compared with standard of care vaginal cuff brachytherapy in treating participants with stage I-II endometrial cancer. Short course vaginal cuff brachytherapy, also known as internal radiation therapy, uses (over a shorter period) radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor in the upper portion of the vagina to kill tumor cells. Financial hardship and health-related social needs (e.g., insecurity about food, housing, transportation, utilities) are common among patients with cancer, resulting in health disparities in cancer outcomes. Our study will test the efficacy of a multicomponent financial navigation and counseling program delivered by a financial navigator (CostCOM), vs. direct patient access to financial education materials and comprehensive list of local resources in the absence of a financial navigator (FinEd) vs. practice usual care among newly diagnosed cancer patients who screen positive for financial hardship and social needs. Investigators anticipate that both CostCOM and FinEd compared to enhanced usual care will improve cost-related cancer care nonadherence, financial worry, health insurance literacy, quality of life and sleep quality and decrease number of missed appointments. Study QXL138AM-001 is a Phase 1a/1b study to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary activity of QXL138AM in subjects with locally advanced un-resectable and/or metastatic solid tumors and multiple myeloma. The study is an open-label, multicenter, first in human study to be conducted in two major parts which are further organized into two sub-parts. The goal of this observational clinical trial is to learn if chest tomosynthesis is a potential alternative to computed tomography for the detection of lung cancer. It will also develop artificial intelligence tools to aid in the diagnosis of lung cancer on chest tomosynthesis images. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the accuracy of chest X-ray tomosynthesis in diagnosing lung cancer in a population of individuals undergoing lung cancer screening or evaluation of a suspicious lung nodule? * Can artificial intelligence help us detect lung cancer on chest tomosynthesis images? Researchers will compare chest tomosynthesis images to computed tomography scans for each participant to see how they compare in diagnosing lung cancer.
