This is a prospective, observational, multi-center longitudinal cohort study to describe the real-world effectiveness, safety and treatment usage of efanesoctocog alfa in patients with hemophilia A treated per standard of care in the US and Japan. Patients will be enrolled in the study after the introduction of efanesoctocog alfa in the hemophilia treatment landscape in each study country. Decision to initiate treatment with commercially available efanesoctocog alfa will be made by the treating physician independently from the decision to include patients in the study. No study medication is provided. The data related to efanesoctocog alfa effectiveness, safety and usage will be collected prospectively during routine visits (expected annual/semi-annual visits) for up to 5 years following enrollment /treatment initiation. This phase II trial tests how well erdafitinib works in controlling IDH-wild type (WT), FGFR-TACC gene fusion positive gliomas that have come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or that are growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressive). Erdafitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal FGFR protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This may help keep tumor cells from growing and may kill them. Giving erdafitinib may help to slow the growth of, or to shrink, tumor cells in patients with recurrent or progressive IDH-wild type gliomas with FGFR-TACC gene fusion. Read Less

This phase II/III trial examines whether patients who have undergone surgical removal of bladder, but require an additional treatment called immunotherapy to help prevent their bladder cancer from coming back, can be identified by a blood test. Many types of tumors tend to lose cells or release different types of cellular products including their DNA which is referred to as circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) into the bloodstream before changes can be seen on scans. Health care providers can measure the level of ctDNA in blood or other bodily fluids to determine which patients are at higher risk for disease progression or relapse. In this study, a blood test is used to measure ctDNA and see if there is still cancer somewhere in the body after surgery and if giving a treatment will help eliminate the cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and relatlimab, can help the body's immune system to attack the cancer, and can interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help doctors determine if ctDNA measurement in blood can better identify patients that need additional treatment, if treatment with nivolumab prolongs patients' life and whether the additional immunotherapy treatment with relatlimab extends time without disease progression or prolongs life of bladder cancer patients who have undergone surgical removal of their bladder. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab in migraine prevention in children (6 to \<12 years) and adolescents (12 to \<18 years) with episodic migraine. The study hypothesis is that in pediatric participants with episodic migraine, the combined erenumab dose group has a greater reduction from baseline to week 9 through week 12 (month 3) in monthly migraine days (MMDs) when compared with placebo in the double-blind treatment phase (DBTP). This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial evaluates the effectiveness of palbociclib and binimetinib in treating patients with RAS-mutated cancers. Palbociclib and binimetinib are both in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of abnormal proteins that signals cancer cells to multiply. This trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve the amount of time before the cancer grows in patients with patients with low grade serous ovarian cancer who have certain changes in the tumor DNA. This trial may also help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve outcomes among patients with low grade serous ovarian cancer who have previously received a MEK inhibitor. For patients with other tumors, with the exception of lung cancer, colon cancer, melanoma and low grade serous ovarian cancers, this trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can improve the clinical outcome of survival without progression in patients who have certain changes in their tumor's DNA. This phase III trial investigates the best dose of vinblastine in combination with selumetinib and the benefit of adding vinblastine to selumetinib compared to selumetinib alone in treating children and young adults with low-grade glioma (a common type of brain cancer) that has come back after prior treatment (recurrent) or does not respond to therapy (progressive). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking a protein that lets tumor cells grow without stopping. Vinblastine blocks cell growth by stopping cell division and may kill cancer cells. Giving selumetinib in combination with vinblastine may work better than selumetinib alone in treating recurrent or progressive low-grade glioma. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the addition of an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to usual chemotherapy versus usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with MammaPrint Ultrahigh (MP2) stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. There is some evidence from previous clinical trials that people who have a MammaPrint Ultrahigh Risk result may be more likely to respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Adding durvalumab to usual chemotherapy may be able to prevent the cancer from returning for patients with MP2 stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Read Less

This phase III trial studies if selumetinib works just as well as the standard treatment with carboplatin/vincristine (CV) for subjects with NF1-associated low grade glioma (LGG), and to see if selumetinib is better than CV in improving vision in subjects with LGG of the optic pathway (vision nerves). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking some enzymes that low-grade glioma tumor cells need for their growth. This results in killing tumor cells. Drugs used as chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and vincristine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether selumetinib works better in treating patients with NF1-associated low-grade glioma compared to standard therapy with carboplatin and vincristine. Read Less

This is a single-group, open-label, multi-site study in pediatric participants with human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection, aged 4 weeks to \<12 years and weighing \<45 kg, who are treatment-naive (TN) or have been virologically suppressed (VS) on stable combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) for ≥3 months with no history of treatment failure. The first primary objective is to evaluate the steady state pharmacokinetics (PK) of doravirine (DOR) \[MK-1439\] when given in combination with 2 nucleoside/nucleotide analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) or as part of the fixed dose combination (FDC) of DOR/lamivudine (3TC)/tenofovir disproxil fumarate (TDF) in participants ≥6 to \<12 years and weighing ≥14 to \<45 kg. The purpose of this single-arm interventional study is to evaluate the long-term safety, efficacy, and durability of the Symplicity Spyral system in subjects treated with renal denervation.
