In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC). This is a group of study research centers that help provide clinical care for people with FA. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA who are being prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. The main question researchers want to answer in this study is: How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants must start treatment with BIIB141 within 6 months. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. Most participants will visit their study research center at least once a year. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years. The purpose of this study is to learn the best approach to treating patients with known or suspected Barrett's esophagus by comparing endoscopic surveillance to endoscopic eradication therapy. To diagnose and manage Barrett's esophagus and low-grade dysplasia, doctors commonly use procedures called endoscopic surveillance and endoscopic eradication therapy. Endoscopic surveillance is a type of procedure where a physician will run a tube with a light and a camera on the end of it down the patients throat and remove a small piece of tissue. The piece of tissue, called a biopsy, is about the size of the tip of a ball-point pen and is checked for abnormal cells and cancer cells. Endoscopic eradication therapy is a kind of surgery which is performed to destroy the precancerous cells at the bottom of the esophagus, so that healthy cells can grow in their place. It involves procedures to either remove precancerous tissue or burn it. These procedures can have side effects, so it is not certain whether risking those side effects is worth the benefit people get from the treatments. While both of these procedures are widely accepted approaches to managing the condition, there is not enough research to show if one is better than the other. Barrett's esophagus and low-grade dysplasia does not always worsen to high-grade dysplasia and/or cancer. In fact, it usually does not. So, if a patient's dysplasia is not worsening, doctors would rather not put patients at risk unnecessarily. On the other hand, endoscopic eradication therapy could possibly prevent the worsening of low-grade dysplasia into high-grade dysplasia or cancer (esophageal adenocarcinoma) in some patients. Researchers believe that the results of this study will help doctors choose the safest and most effective procedure for their patients with Barrett's esophagus and low-grade dysplasia. This is a multicenter study involving several academic, community and private hospitals around the United States. Up to 530 participants will be randomized. This study will also include a prospective observational cohort study of up to 150 Barrett's esophagus and low grade dysplasia patients who decline randomization in the randomized control trial but undergo endoscopic surveillance (Cohort 1) or endoscopic eradication therapy (Cohort 2), and are willing to provide longitudinal observational data. This open-label, single arm phase 1/1b trial aims to determine the safety and tolerability of anti-CD19 and anti-CD22 chimeric antigen receptor-expressing (CAR) T cells (CD19x22 CAR T) in adolescents and adults with relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL). Phase 1 will determine the maximum tolerated dose of CD19x22 CAR T cells using a standard 3+3 trial design. The study aims to understand why people respond differently to bariatric surgery and how to define success beyond weight loss alone.
