Comprehensive Outcomes for After Cancer Health
Recruiting
This study intends to explore feasibility, acceptability, and outcomes related to the use of a digital health coaching intervention for individuals who have completed primary therapy for cancer. Up to 500 individuals with diverse cancer diagnoses will be enrolled across up to 5 clinical sites to participate in a randomized wait-list control study. Those in the intervention group will receive 6 months of digital coaching up front followed by 6 months of ongoing monitoring via patient reported and... Read More

Vertebral Marrow Attention Trial (VMAT)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to see whether designing radiation to spare the vertebral bone marrow can limit the rates of lymphopenia during standard of care chemoradiation therapy and in the time to count recovery in the ensuing weeks. Secondary endpoints will examine whether this leads to improved disease control whether this is predictive of improved clinical outcomes such as rates of local recurrence (LR), metastasis free survival (MFS), overall survival (OS), and progression free survival (... Identification of Prognostic Biomarkers for Progression of Invasive Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Recruiting
The study will utilize both retrospective and prospective data collection from patients that already had a bronchoscopy and lung resection or will have a bronchoscopy and lung resection for squamous cell carcinoma. The investigators plan to prospectively collect 5 bronchoscopic biopsies, 10ml blood and one tumor and adjacent normal samples from 200 qualified patients who meet the study criteria.

Female Asian Nonsmoker Screening Study
Recruiting
The study team propose to develop a database and biorepository of Asian female never smokers. This population is at increased risk for developing lung cancer but do not meet current lung cancer screening criteria. Study procedures will include up to 3 low-dose CT (LDCT) scans and a blood-based assay with the capability for early detection of cancer. Clinical, demographic and exposure history including possible WTC exposure will also be collected.

Safety & Efficacy of Consolidative Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy for Boosting Residual Lung Cancer With Durvalumab
Recruiting
This study is designed to determine if combining consolidative radiation therapy (RT) using a hypofractionated regimen (hfRT) (2 fractions) for boosting the residual primary lung cancer with adjuvant anti-PD-L1 therapy concurrently is safe and will provide better tumor control locoregionally and distantly than either modality alone.
