The goal of this study is to test A2B694, an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer (OVCA), mesothelioma (MESO), and other solid tumors that express MSLN and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. This phase II trial compares the effect of folate receptor alpha dendritic cells (FRαDCs) to placebo in treating patients with stage III or IV ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer. FRαDCs, a dendritic cell vaccine, is made from a person's white blood cells. The white blood cells are treated in the laboratory to make dendritic cells (a type of immune cell) mixed with folate receptor alpha (FRalpha), a protein found in high levels on ovarian tumor cells. FRαDCs work by boosting the immune system to recognize and destroy the tumor cells by targeting the FRalpha protein on the tumor cell. Placebo is an inactive substance that looks the same as, and is given the same way as, the active drug or treatment being tested. The effects of the active drug are compared to the effects of the placebo. Giving FRαDCs may work better in preventing or delaying recurrence compared to placebo in patients with stage III or IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Read Less

Bladder cancer is the 8th most common cancer in the UF Health Cancer Center catchment area and the 7th most common cancer presenting to UFHealth. Most newly diagnosed cases are stage I bladder cancer, which is defined by having no deep muscle invasion and no evidence of disease beyond the bladder. The current use in BCG (Bacillus Calmette-Guerin) refractory disease and the ongoing evaluation in BCG naïve high-risk disease support evaluation of intravesical gemcitabine and docetaxel in decreasing disease recurrence in intermediate risk stage I bladder cancer. Surveillance for recurrence of urothelial carcinoma (UC) requires frequent cystoscopy, which is invasive, expensive and time-consuming. An accurate urinary biomarker has the potential to reduce the number of cystoscopies required during post-treatment surveillance. This is a prospective single arm multi-center study using the diagnostic CxBladder test with subjects previously diagnosed positive with primary or recurrent UC and who are undergoing a schedule of investigative cystoscopies and treatment for the possible recurrence of urothelial carcinoma presenting to qualified sites. This phase II trial studies the effect of standard of care chemotherapy with or with out stereotactic body radiation therapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to a limited amount of places in the body (oligometastatic). Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy with stereotactic body radiation therapy may help improve tumor control, decrease risk of tumor spreading more, decrease side effects, and prolong survival. Read Less
