In this study, the researchers want to learn how low sodium oxybate impacts ability of people diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia to sleep for long periods of time. The goal of this clinical trials is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness for the RapidPulseTM Aspiration System in patients experiencing acute ischemic stroke within 8 hours of symptom onset or last seen normal. Subjects will undergo mechanical thrombectomy (a procedure to remove a clot in the brain which is preventing blood flow), with the RapidPulseTM Aspiration System. The ALL ALS Clinical Research Consortium is establishing research to collect a wide range of samples, clinical information and measurements from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) symptomatic, ALS gene carriers and control cohorts. This consortium is being funded by the National Institutes of Health/National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NIH/NINDS) and managed by two clinical coordinating centers (CCC) at Barrow Neurological Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital. The clinical sites are distributed across the country, and led by a group of collaborative principal investigators. Once data and samples are collected and harmonized, it will be made available to research community for future research into ALS and related neurological diseases. ASSESS protocol is specific for symptomatic ALS and control participants. This protocol includes both on-site and off-site(remote) participants. The participants will be followed for 24 months (2 years), and will include collection of medical history, clinical outcomes, and blood samples once in 4 months. Additionally, the participants will complete patient reported outcomes and speech recordings once a month. This registry evaluates patient characteristics, real-world treatment patterns, and short- and long-term outcomes in a population of patients in the United States and Europe with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) who are receiving mavacamten, receiving other treatment for obstructive HCM, or not receiving treatment for obstructive HCM due to intolerance or failure of prior treatment. Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) with low-dose aspirin and a P2Y12 inhibitor is the current standard of care in patients with coronary artery disease experiencing an acute event or undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. However, the ischemic benefits are counterbalanced by a significant increase in bleeding events. Over time, different DAPT de-escalation strategies have been developed to reduce the bleeding risk while maintaining the ischemic protection, but there is currently no head-to-head comparison between them. The purpose of this clinical trial is to conduct a head-to-head comparison on the pharmacodynamic efficacy of DAPT de-escalation by dose reduction to low-dose prasugrel (5 mg od) and DAPT de-escation by switching from standard-dose more potent P2Y12 receptor inhibitor to standard-dose clopidogrel (75 mg). The purpose of the study is to understand how the study medicine PF-06823859 works in people with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (DM and PM). These disorders cause inflammation that weakens the muscles that are important for movement and may also cause skin rash in people with DM. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older or minimum legal adult age as defined per local regulation, whichever is greater * Have active DM or active PM. * Are receiving a stable dose of 1 corticosteroid taken by mouth and/or 1 traditional immunosuppressant. * Note: Corticosteroids and immunosuppressants are medicines that help reduce inflammation and may signal to the immune system not to attack the body. Dermatomyositis (DM) is a rare disease that causes muscle inflammation that results in muscle weakness and low muscle stamina. Patients with DM have a characteristic skin rash. Polymyositis (PM) is a rare disease that involves mainly muscle inflammation resulting in muscle weakness, that can sometimes be painful. Patients with DM and PM may have trouble going up the steps, walking or getting to a standing position. Some of the participants will receive the study medicine (PF-06823859) and some will receive placebo (which is similar to study medicine but contains no medicine in it). The study medicine or placebo will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion (directly into the veins), which takes about1 hour; every 4 weeks from Day 1 to Week 48 of the study. Both PF-06823859 and placebo and will be given at the study site. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving study medication to those of the people who do not. This will help to see if PF-06823859 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 13 months. During this time, participants will have 15 study visits.
