The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib compared to fulvestrant and abemaciclib for the treatment of pre- and postmenopausal women and men who have previously received ribociclib or palbociclib-based treatment and have locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer with an estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) mutation. The main question the study aims to answer is: • To compare the efficacy of the combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib with that of fulvestrant and abemaciclib Participants will receive either receive 5 mg/d of oral lasofoxifene plus oral abemaciclib 150 mg twice a day or the combination of fulvestrant 500 mg intramuscular (IM) on Days 1, 15, and 29 and then once monthly thereafter plus oral abemaciclib 150 mg twice a day. The goal of this clinical trial is to test in moderately symptomatic chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) patients if middle meningeal artery embolization (MMAE) can be used as an alternative to conventional open surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Compared to open conventional surgery, does MMAE reduce the need for rescue surgery or deaths? * What is the safety of MMAE and conventional open surgery in these patients? Participants will be asked to: * Share their medical history and undergo physical examinations * Have blood drawn * Have CT scans of the head * Answer questionnaires * Undergo MMAE or conventional open surgery * Provide information about possible adverse events Researchers will compare participants in the MMAE group with those in the conventional open surgery group to see if there is a reduced need for rescue surgery or deaths and evaluate safety. This study examines TRPC6 in predicting and preventing chemotherapy related cardiac toxicity and heart failure in patients with breast cancer. Cardiac toxicity, changes in heart function is a well-recognized complication of certain cancer related therapies. Understanding these changes may allow early intervention against therapy-related cardiac toxicity and also identify novel therapeutic targets to protect patient long-term cardiac health. Studying samples of blood from patients with breast cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), identify biomarkers related to cardiac toxicity, and prevent the development of therapy-induced cardiac toxicity in patients receiving chemotherapy. This phase II trial tests how well enfortumab vedotin works for treating patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the penis that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of tumor cells. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine the safety and pharmacokinetics of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. This study is broken into 3 Arms: Arm A with 2 parts and Arm B as an expansion. Participants will receive ABBV-383 as a subcutaneous (SC) injection and intravenous (IV) infusion in Arm A and SC injections of ABBV-383 in Arm B. Around 55 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 25 sites across the world In Arm A participants will receive one of two doses of ABBV-383 as an SC injection and (IV) infusions, during the 151 week study duration. In Arm B, participants will receive the selected dose from Arm A as SC injections, during the 151 week study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The purpose of the study is to understand how the study medicine PF-06823859 works in people with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (DM and PM). These disorders cause inflammation that weakens the muscles that are important for movement and may also cause skin rash in people with DM. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older or minimum legal adult age as defined per local regulation, whichever is greater * Have active DM or active PM. * Are receiving a stable dose of 1 corticosteroid taken by mouth and/or 1 traditional immunosuppressant. * Note: Corticosteroids and immunosuppressants are medicines that help reduce inflammation and may signal to the immune system not to attack the body. Dermatomyositis (DM) is a rare disease that causes muscle inflammation that results in muscle weakness and low muscle stamina. Patients with DM have a characteristic skin rash. Polymyositis (PM) is a rare disease that involves mainly muscle inflammation resulting in muscle weakness, that can sometimes be painful. Patients with DM and PM may have trouble going up the steps, walking or getting to a standing position. Some of the participants will receive the study medicine (PF-06823859) and some will receive placebo (which is similar to study medicine but contains no medicine in it). The study medicine or placebo will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion (directly into the veins), which takes about1 hour; every 4 weeks from Day 1 to Week 48 of the study. Both PF-06823859 and placebo and will be given at the study site. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving study medication to those of the people who do not. This will help to see if PF-06823859 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 13 months. During this time, participants will have 15 study visits.
