The primary purpose of this registry is to obtain real-world clinical experience of Paroxysmal (PAF) and Persistent (PsAF) Atrial Fibrillation ablation radiofrequency (RF) technologies. Data from the registry will be used to assess clinical outcomes, including procedural efficiency, safety, and long-term, effectiveness of catheter ablation with novel RF technologies in PAF and PsAF patients. Alopecia areata (AA) is a chronic relapsing autoimmune disease characterized by nonscarring hair loss affecting children, adolescents, and adults across all ages, races, and genders. AA primarily affects the scalp; however, it also can affect nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, and other hair follicles on the patient's body. The 3 main types of AA are: * Patchy alopecia (PA), as seen in 90% of clinical diagnoses * Alopecia totalis (AT), that affects all scalp hair * Alopecia universalis (AU), involving all scalp, face, and body hair Dermatologist preferences for utility and order of skin-directed therapies to treat AA vary widely, with treatment choices based on various factors such as patients' age, disease duration and severity (Meah et al., 2020). Ritlecitinib is a bioavailable small molecule that irreversibly binds to Janus kinase-3 (JAK3) and Tyrosine kinase Expressed in the hepatocellular Carcinoma kinase family (TEC). Ritlecitinib 50 mg once daily was approved by the FDA 23 June 2023 and EMA 20 July 2023 for the treatment of severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. In Japan, ritlecitinib was approved on 26 June 2023 for the treatment of alopecia areata (limited to intractable cases involving widespread hair loss). Additional countries have since approved ritlecitinib. Those approvals are based on the results of the ritlecitinib pivotal phase 2b/3 study (ALLEGRO 2b/3) which examined efficacy and safety of ritlecitinib in AA patients globally. Despite positive results from the ALLEGRO program, there is still lack of evidence on ritlecitinib patients' characteristics and clinical outcomes in routine clinical practice. The investigators will evaluate patient and disease characteristics, treatment patterns, and clinical and patient-reported outcomes among patients with AA who are receiving ritlecitinib. The aim of this study is to measure effectiveness of ritlecitinib in a real-world setting. Ritlecitinib will be prescribed to patients according to the approved product label. This clinical trial the possibility of establishing a Community Living Labs (CoLLab) Learning Health System to facilitate access to prostate health Risk, Education, and Assessment in the Community with Help (REACH) services in Black men and compares the impact to American Legion Posts with no CoLLab set up at the individual and community levels. Cancer is the second leading cause of death for Black men and Black men are less likely to receive prostate cancer screening. CoLLab Learning Health System utilizes community health workers (CHW) that are well-trained to form a bridge between communities and clinicians. In fact, Black men who work with CHW's typically have better access to health services, gain knowledge about cancer, cancer prevention, treatment and may have better overall health outcomes. Establishing a CoLLab Learning Health System at American Legion Posts may improve access to clinical trials and prostate cancer services in Black men. Read Less

The goal of this observational study is to learn about lung structure and function in a group of 1000 healthy people aged 25 to 35. The main questions it aims to answer are whether people's bodies, environment, and general lung health are associated with: * the structure of the participants lungs' airways, * the structure of blood vessels in the participants lungs and heart, and * the participants lungs' ability to exchange gases. Participants will take four different lung function tests to measure lung function, including: * air movement in the lungs (oscillometry) * lung size (slow vital capacity (SVC) and functional residual capacity (FRC) * gas transfer in the lungs (diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO). Vitrectomy to remove an epiretinal membrane (ERM) is one of the most common procedures performed by retinal surgeons. Patients who present with significant macular changes on optical coherence tomography (OCT) but relatively good vision are often advised to defer surgery until vision declines to 20/40 or worse. However, it is unknown if delaying surgery, which allows the foveal architecture to remain compromised and potentially to deteriorate, results in worse visual acuity outcomes than if surgery is performed earlier. In addition, there is a need to better understand predictors of outcomes when surgery is performed and predictors of progression when surgery is deferred. Finally, one of the most common presenting symptoms from an ERM is distortion or metamorphopsia. There are several objective measures of metamorphopsia but none have ever been employed to evaluate ERMs in a randomized clinical trial (RCT) and their usefulness is unknown. The purposes of this study are to better understand the optimal timing of surgery to produce the best visual result, to better understand predictors of outcomes in those who undergo surgery and predictors of progression in those whose are observed, and to better characterize and evaluate the usefulness of metamorphopsia and reading speed measures. This phase II trial tests alternate doses and dosing schedules of belantamab mafodotin in treating patients with triple-class multiple myeloma that has come back (after a period of improvement) (recurrent) and/or does not respond to treatment (or that has not responded to previous treatment) (refractory). Belantamab mafodotin is a monoclonal antibody, belantamab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, mafodotin. Belantamab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as BCMA receptors, and delivers mafodotin to kill them. This trial may help researchers determine if alternate doses and dosing schedules work better in preventing certain side effects, such as eye toxicity, and treating patients with recurrent or refractory multiple myeloma. This clinical trial studies how well intensity modulated proton therapy (IMPT) or intensity modulated X-ray (radiation) therapy (IMRT) works after surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer. IMPT is a type of radiation therapy that allows for the most accurate application of proton radiation to the tumor and has the potential to reduce treatment-related side effects. IMRT is a type of 3-dimensional radiation therapy that uses computer-generated images to show the size and shape of the tumor. Thin beams of x-ray radiation of different intensities are aimed at the tumor from many angles. This type of radiation therapy reduces the damage to healthy tissue near the tumor. IMPT may work as well as IMRT after surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer. Read Less

This U.S. Phase 3 clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of the acute intranasal (i.n.) administration of Fasedienol Nasal Spray (fasedienol) (3.2 µg) to relieve symptoms of acute anxiety in adult subjects ages 18 through 65 with Social Anxiety Disorder induced by a public speaking challenge (PSC) in a clinical setting. In addition, safety and tolerability of i.n. administration of 3.2 µg of fasedienol, as-needed, up to 6 times per day for up to 12 months, will be assessed in those subjects who complete PALISADE-3 and choose to enter the distinct open-label extension phase of the study. This study evaluates whether adding a polygenic risk score evaluation to standard breast cancer risk assessment tools helps African American and Hispanic women make more informed decisions about accepting additional breast cancer screening and prevention strategies. Traditional breast cancer risk assessments rely mostly on the presence of standard clinical risk factors including family history, reproductive history, and mammographic breast density. This information can be combined with validated risk estimation models to provide a measure of a patient's 10 year and lifetime risk for breast cancer. A polygenic risk score helps to estimate breast cancer risk in a more individualized way by evaluating a patient's genetics. Adding a polygenic risk score evaluation to traditional screening techniques may help minority women make more informed decisions about screening and prevention strategies for breast cancer. This phase II trial compares the effect of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery to fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery for the treatment of patients with cancer that has spread to the brain (metastatic brain disease). Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is a form of radiation therapy that focuses high-power energy on a small area of the body. This trial is being done to determine if single (one) fraction stereotactic radiosurgery is better than fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery or vice versa in controlling tumor and side effects in patients with tumors that have spread to the brain.
