The purpose of this clinical trial is to determine whether using chemotherapy followed by stereotactic ablative body radiation therapy (SABR) and tumor treating fields (TTF) will slow tumor growth in people with locally advanced pancreas cancer. All participants will receive SABR therapy once per day for five days and use the TTF system for at least 18 hours per day starting on the first day of SABR until the tumor progresses or severe toxicity develops. This research study will enroll people who have cancer in their abdomen or pelvis that was treated previously with radiation therapy. The purpose of this research study is to test the safety and possible harms of treating tumors in these regions with another round of radiation therapy, called reirradiation or "reRT." The study is a retrospective observational study. The study is designed to be multicentric and international and it will analyze medical records from selected patients diagnosed with locally advanced and resectable NSCLC who underwent lung resection by robotic, VATS and open approach after receiving neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy. The purpose of this research study is to see if the medication sacituzumab govitecan (SG) is effective at the currently approved dose and schedule in people who have previously received trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of metastatic, hormone receptor positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 low (HER2 low) breast cancer. Although SG is approved to treat metastatic HR+/HER2 negative breast cancer, the aim of this study is to determine if SG is still effective specifically in people who have already received T-DXd. The goal of this observational study is to learn how a physician uses the results of the Percepta® Nasal Swab test to manage people with a newly identified pulmonary nodule. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test reduce the number of invasive procedures in people with a low-risk result and whose nodule is benign? * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test decrease the time to treatment in people with a high-risk result and whose nodule is cancer? Participants will be randomly assigned to either a group where the test result is provided to the physician (test arm) or to a group where the test result is not provided (control arm). This phase III trial compares hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) (pump chemotherapy) in addition to standard of care chemotherapy versus standard of care chemotherapy alone in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver (liver metastases) and cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). HAI uses a catheter to carry a tumor-killing chemotherapy drug called floxuridine directly into the liver. HAI is already approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in metastatic colorectal cancer to the liver, but it is only available at a small number of hospitals, and most of the time it is not used until standard chemotherapy stops working. Standard chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Adding HAI to standard chemotherapy may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing unresectable colorectal liver metastases. Read Less

This phase II/III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy before and after surgery versus after surgery alone (usual treatment) in treating patients with stage II-III gallbladder cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as gemcitabine and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller; therefore, may reduce the extent of surgery. Additionally, it may make it easier for the surgeon to distinguish between normal and cancerous tissue. Giving chemotherapy after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells. This study will determine whether giving chemotherapy before surgery increases the length of time before the cancer may return and whether it will increase a patient's life span compared to the usual approach. This study is for patients who have had surgery to remove brain metastasis and are planned to have stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) after their brain surgery. It will be optional for patients to have a pre-surgery 18F-Fluciclovine PET/CT scan. The goal of the study is to determine whether a specific imaging agent, known as 18F-Fluciclovine, will help physicians evaluate the extent of surgery and determine if there is any visible tumor above what MRI alone can identify as well as improve the physicians' ability to detect recurring disease. The investigators would like to know whether there are needs that patients have or are aware of, especially those needs that the investigators have not been able to address.
