The study is a retrospective observational study. The study is designed to be multicentric and international and it will analyze medical records from selected patients diagnosed with locally advanced and resectable NSCLC who underwent lung resection by robotic, VATS and open approach after receiving neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy.
There are no risks for the patients, as this is a retrospective data collection.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of PTX-912 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. To evaluate the PK and immunogenicity profile of PTX-912. To evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity of PTX-912.

The purpose of this study is to test if four different programs (prolonged overnighting fasting alone, exercise alone, a combination of prolonged overnight fasting and exercise, or general health education sessions alone) can reduce fatigue in women with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are receiving a medication called a cyclin-dependent kinases-4 and 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor.
