This is an adaptive Phase 2, open-label, randomized, multi-center study evaluating up to 2 regimens of PCS6422 with capecitabine (Cap) vs. standard dose of Cap alone in patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The goal of the study is to assess the efficacy and safety of PCS6422 + Cap as a treatment option for patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are not eligible for anthracycline- or taxane-containing therapies, or other available therapies, including PD-1 or PARP inhibitors. This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767), combined with a medication called cemiplimab (also called REGN2810), individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab by itself. The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib compared to fulvestrant and abemaciclib for the treatment of pre- and postmenopausal women and men who have previously received ribociclib or palbociclib-based treatment and have locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer with an estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) mutation.
