The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the dose effect of Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Injection on the treatment of clinically relevant decreased blood pressure in the pediatric population, ≥12 to 16 year old patients undergoing general and neuraxial anesthesia. The secondary objectives are to describe changes in blood pressure and heart rate, time to onset and to maximal response, and the duration of response; to assess the safety of the product in this population; and to characterize the pharmacokinetics of phenylephrine hydrochloride. This observational, cross-sectional study is designed to validate a novel diagnostic test for the detection of phenotypic changes in the retina that correlate with likely PET amyloid status (negative or positive), to aid in the evaluation of adult patients with cognitive impairment who are being evaluated for Alzheimer's disease and other causes of cognitive decline. This study is being done to determine the feasibility and tolerability of a novel regimen of spine stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS). SSRS delivers high doses of radiation to tumors of the spine using precision techniques. In standard medical care, conventional SSRS is delivered in only 1 or 2 treatments. When this treatment is delivered in only 1-2 treatments, a high dose is used which can increase the side effects of treatment. This study aims to test an alternative technique of delivering SSRS over 5 treatments. By delivering the radiation therapy over multiple treatments, the dose of radiation is less per treatment. This study is being conducted to provide access to and collect test data for an established nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging test called Positron Emission Tomography (PET), using a specific radioactive drug called Ammonia N-13 (Ammonia), referred to simply as an Ammonia PET scan, which is used to visualize the blood flow through the blood vessels and into the heart muscle in order to identify areas of restricted blood flow within the heart. The scanner used in this study may be a stand-alone PET scanner or a PET/CT scanner, which combines the PET scanner and a Computed Tomography (CT) scanner into a single device. Unless otherwise stated in this consent form, the term PET will be used to refer to both stand-alone PET and PET/CT scanners. While physicians have used the Ammonia PET test for many years to visualize (image) the blood flow into the heart muscle (perfusion), it is now possible to also measure the flow of blood into the heart muscle. Research studies have demonstrated clinical value in reviewing the measured blood flow values in addition to reviewing the perfusion images of blood flow into the heart muscle. Therefore, this study will establish a database of a large number of Ammonia PET measured blood flow values to serve as a future reference. Read Less

This limits treatment planning and evaluation of residual disease following treatment. 89Zr-DFO-daratumumab is a novel immunoPET tracer, designed to detect CD38 on myeloma cells and allow visualization of myeloma in a PET scanner. A phase I study of 89Zr-DFO-daratumumab demonstrated safety and successful visualization of myeloma with 89Zr-DFO-daratumumab. This will be a phase II study of 89Zr-DFO-daratumumab to evaluate potential clinical applications of this novel imaging agent. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effect of language and behavioral interventions for students who are English language learners and who have symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The main question it aims to answer is: - Which intervention is better for the students: the behavioral intervention, the language intervention, or a combination of the behavioral and language interventions? Participants will be asked to do the following: Participants' parents and teachers will be asked to complete questionnaires about their behavior. Participants will be asked to complete tests assessing language, cognitive, and academic abilities. Members of the research team will complete classroom observations for the participating students. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups: a school as usual group, a language group, a daily report card group, and a combined daily report card and language group. If assigned to the language group, participants will receive an 18-week language intervention. If assigned to the daily report card group, a behavioral consultant will work with participants' parents and teachers to set up a home-school behavior plan called a daily report card. If assigned to the combined daily report card and language group, participants will receive both the language intervention and the daily report card. If assigned to the school as usual group, participants will no study interventions. Researchers will compare the language group, the daily report card group, the combined language and daily report card group, and the school as usual group to see which group has the best language learning and classroom behavior at the end of the program.
