The purpose of the study is to understand how the study medicine PF-06823859 works in people with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (DM and PM). These disorders cause inflammation that weakens the muscles that are important for movement and may also cause skin rash in people with DM. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older or minimum legal adult age as defined per local regulation, whichever is greater * Have active DM or active PM. * Are receiving a stable dose of 1 corticosteroid taken by mouth and/or 1 traditional immunosuppressant. * Note: Corticosteroids and immunosuppressants are medicines that help reduce inflammation and may signal to the immune system not to attack the body. Dermatomyositis (DM) is a rare disease that causes muscle inflammation that results in muscle weakness and low muscle stamina. Patients with DM have a characteristic skin rash. Polymyositis (PM) is a rare disease that involves mainly muscle inflammation resulting in muscle weakness, that can sometimes be painful. Patients with DM and PM may have trouble going up the steps, walking or getting to a standing position. Some of the participants will receive the study medicine (PF-06823859) and some will receive placebo (which is similar to study medicine but contains no medicine in it). The study medicine or placebo will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion (directly into the veins), which takes about1 hour; every 4 weeks from Day 1 to Week 48 of the study. Both PF-06823859 and placebo and will be given at the study site. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving study medication to those of the people who do not. This will help to see if PF-06823859 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 13 months. During this time, participants will have 15 study visits. Effective, clinically meaningful treatments are lacking for patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), which is associated with increased risk of transition to dementia. Cognitive training represents an important therapeutic strategy. In a previous study, crossword puzzles were found to be superior to computerized cognitive training on the primary cognitive outcome and function with decreased brain atrophy. Building on these findings, this study will evaluate and compare the impact of high dose crosswords (4 puzzles per week) to low dose crosswords (1 puzzle per week) and a health education control group on the cognition and function of participants. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1. The highest dose of the trial intervention that targets neuroendocrine tumors and is tolerated by patients. 2. The highest frequency of dosing of the trial intervention that targets neuroendocrine tumors and is tolerated by patients. 3. The highest dose and frequency of dosing of the trial intervention that targets neuroendocrine tumors with at least the same degree of effectiveness and tolerability as currently available (standard of care) treatments for patients with neuroendocrine tumors. The purpose of this research study is to determine the effects bevacizumab (the study drug) combined with Optune (the study device) tumor treatment field therapy has on meningiomas. Bevacizumab is considered investigational because the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved its use for the treatment of meningiomas. The study drug is a medication that blocks the growth of new blood vessels. It is thought that the study drug may interfere with the growth of new blood vessels and therefore might stop tumor growth, and possibly shrink the tumor by keeping it from receiving nutrients and oxygen supplied by the blood vessels. Optune is also considered investigational because the US FDA has not approved its use for the treatment of meningiomas. Optune is a device that the patient will wear and use for at least 18 hours of each day. It delivers alternating electrical current to the patient's brain tumor and by doing so interrupts a process called mitosis. Mitosis needs to occur in order for cell division to occur and allows tumors to grow. By slowing this process, we hypothesize that meningioma growth may also be slowed. Read Less

This study is open to adults aged 18 and older or above legal age who have a specific type of advanced neuroendocrine cancer (NEC). Their tumours must be positive for a marker called DLL3. The purpose of this study is to test a medicine called BI 764532 in addition to chemotherapy. The study has 2 parts. Part A of this study aims to find out the highest dose of BI 764532 that people can tolerate in addition to chemotherapy. The purpose of Part B is to find out how well people can tolerate BI 764532 in combination with different chemotherapies. Researchers also want to find out whether BI 764532 in combination with chemotherapy helps people with NEC. Participants get different doses of BI 764532 as an infusion into a vein. In addition, they get platinum-based chemotherapy as infusions into a vein. Participants can continue treatment up to 3 years if they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information about participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The purpose of this research study is to see if a specific type of radiation therapy, called "proton pulsed reduced dose rate" or "PRDR radiotherapy" has any benefits at dose levels and number of fractions thought to be acceptable in earlier research studies. The researchers want to find out what effects (good and bad) PRDR has on people with cancer in the brain called a "recurrent high-grade glioma" meaning that it grows fast, can spread quickly, and it has come back or gotten worse after being treated previously. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding tivozanib to standard therapy pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone for the treatment of patients with high-risk renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Tivozanib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving pembrolizumab and tivozanib together may work better than pembrolizumab alone in treating patients with RCC. Read Less
