Several clinical trials have been reported for ferric derisomaltose where it has been shown to be well tolerated and to improve markers of IDA. All clinical trials with ferric derisomaltose have been performed in adults, however, IDA is not specific to the adult population. In fact, children are likely to develop IDA due to their rapid growth. The aim in this trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous (IV) ferric derisomaltose in children 0 to \<18 years of age with IDA due to NDD-CKD or with IDA who are intolerant or unresponsive to oral iron . The subjects will receive ferric derisomaltose/iron isomaltoside 1000 (Monoferric®/Monofer®), at single doses of 10 mg/kg or 20 mg/kg with a maximal dose of 1000 mg. 24 subjects will be part of a PK assessment, meaning that more blood samples will be drawn within the first week after treatment. The blood samples will be used for analysis of the amount of total iron in the blood from treatment is given to day 7. For the individual subject, duration of the trial will be approximately 10 weeks (including a 14-day screening period) and each subject will attend 6-9 visits. Subjects who will be included in the PK assessments will attend 8 (subjects age 6 to \<12 years old and 0 to \<6 years old) or 9 (subjects age 12 to \<18 years old) visits, while the other subjects will attend 6 visits. Alopecia areata (AA) is a chronic relapsing autoimmune disease characterized by nonscarring hair loss affecting children, adolescents, and adults across all ages, races, and genders. AA primarily affects the scalp; however, it also can affect nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, and other hair follicles on the patient's body. The 3 main types of AA are: * Patchy alopecia (PA), as seen in 90% of clinical diagnoses * Alopecia totalis (AT), that affects all scalp hair * Alopecia universalis (AU), involving all scalp, face, and body hair Dermatologist preferences for utility and order of skin-directed therapies to treat AA vary widely, with treatment choices based on various factors such as patients' age, disease duration and severity (Meah et al., 2020). Ritlecitinib is a bioavailable small molecule that irreversibly binds to Janus kinase-3 (JAK3) and Tyrosine kinase Expressed in the hepatocellular Carcinoma kinase family (TEC). Ritlecitinib 50 mg once daily was approved by the FDA 23 June 2023 and EMA 20 July 2023 for the treatment of severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. In Japan, ritlecitinib was approved on 26 June 2023 for the treatment of alopecia areata (limited to intractable cases involving widespread hair loss). Additional countries have since approved ritlecitinib. Those approvals are based on the results of the ritlecitinib pivotal phase 2b/3 study (ALLEGRO 2b/3) which examined efficacy and safety of ritlecitinib in AA patients globally. Despite positive results from the ALLEGRO program, there is still lack of evidence on ritlecitinib patients' characteristics and clinical outcomes in routine clinical practice. The investigators will evaluate patient and disease characteristics, treatment patterns, and clinical and patient-reported outcomes among patients with AA who are receiving ritlecitinib. The aim of this study is to measure effectiveness of ritlecitinib in a real-world setting. Ritlecitinib will be prescribed to patients according to the approved product label. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the doses of ABBV-319 that will be used in the next phase and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 154 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less
