The goal of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of orally taken probiotic (R-2487) in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Patients will take an oral dosage of probiotic (R-2487) and physicians will assess and measure their Rheumatoid Arthritis. Blood and fecal evaluations of inflammation and assessment of probiotic (R-2487) on fecal level will also be measured.

RRx-001 for Reducing Oral Mucositis in Patients Receiving Chemotherapy and Radiation for Head and Neck Cancer

The purpose of this study is to determine if RRx-001, which is added on to the cisplatin and radiation treatment, reduces the incidence of severe oral mucositis in patients with head and neck cancers. All patients in this study will receive 7 weeks of standard of care radiation therapy given with the chemotherapy agent, cisplatin. Patients will receive RRx-001 or placebo before start of standard of care treatment.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of PTX-912 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. To evaluate the PK and immunogenicity profile of PTX-912. To evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity of PTX-912.
Participants will be treated with PTX-912 via iv infusion, every 2 weeks until progression of disease, unacceptable toxicity, or 12 months of total study therapy.
