Early palliative care has been shown to improve the quality of life and even survival for patients with metastatic cancer. More and more supportive oncology teams in cancer centers now advocate for early integration of radiation therapy (RT) in a patient's palliative management course. While multiple randomized studies have evaluated the efficacy of different RT regimens in the treatment of symptomatic bone lesions, few studies have examined the impact of early, upfront RT for asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic (non- opioid dependent) spine metastases and its efficacy in preventing skeletal-related events (SREs). Since the pathophysiology of spinal metastatic disease is distinct from other bony metastatic disease, the proposed trial seeks to understand whether it is beneficial to patients with minimally symptomatic disease to undergo upfront RT to reduce the risks of SREs and their sequelae, including hospitalizations. This is a prospective, multi-center, open label, randomized control clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of the Cordella™ Pulmonary Artery Sensor System in NYHA Class II-III Heart Failure Patients (PROACTIVE-HF-2 Trial). This trial will be performed as a three-part dose escalating clinical trial where Parts 1 is open label and Parts 2 and 3 are randomized, double-blinded, and placebo-controlled. The trial is intended to determine the safety and tolerability and assess the preliminary efficacy of briquilimab in adult participants with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), who remain symptomatic despite treatment with H1 antihistamines and omalizumab. Additionally, pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of briquilimab, and other pharmacodynamic (PD) parameters (such as effects on mast cells (MC), serum tryptase levels, and on allergic skin reactivity) will be investigated. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety (good or bad) of giving two AION-301 intravenous (IV) infusions, in adults with Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). It will also help to learn if AION-301 reduces the symptoms of CKD and/or progression. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do participants have medical problems (adverse events) after receiving two infusions of AION-301? * Do participants feel better (have reduced and/or delayed CKD symptoms)? * To learn about how AION-301 works in participants with CKD? Researchers will compare AION-301 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if AION-301 works to treat Stage 3 CKD. Participants will: * Receive two infusions of AION-301 or placebo on two separate days (Day 0 and Day 4). * Receive oral vitamins at the clinic and to take at home for 90 days. * Visit the clinic for a minimum of 9 times, over 6 months for checkups and tests, but could be up to 12 times, over 24 months for checkups and tests. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if CGB-500 works to treat atopic dermatitis in participants ages 12 and older. The goal is also to learn about the safety of CGB-500. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does CGB-500 improve atopic dermatitis by decreasing the area affected and the severity of the lesions? What medical problems do participants have when taking CGB500? Researchers will compare CGB-500 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if CGB-500 works to treat atopic dermatitis. Participants will: Take CGB-500 or a placebo every day for 8 weeks. Visit the clinic once every 2 weeks for the first month and at the end of 8 weeks. Prospective, controlled, multicenter clinical investigation with four trial cohorts: Randomized, Non-repairable, Severe Mitral Annular Calcification (MAC) and Severe Mitral Annular Calcification Continued Access Protocol (MAC CAP). Subjects in the Randomized cohort will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the trial device or to the MitraClip system. Subjects in the Non-repairable, Severe MAC, and Severe MAC CAP cohorts will receive the trial device. The objective of the Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Using the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the Treatment of Symptomatic Mitral Regurgitation (SUMMIT) is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the treatment of patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation or for patients with symptomatic mitral valve disease due to severe mitral annular calcification. This randomized controlled trial will provide the opportunity to evaluate the safety and clinical benefits of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System compared to the MitraClip System in patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation, within approved MitraClip indications. In addition, the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System will be evaluated in patients with severe mitral annular calcification who are at prohibitive risk for mitral valve surgery. Patients who are not suitable for mitral valve surgery for reasons other than severe mitral annular calcification and are also not suitable for transcatheter repair with MitraClip, will be enrolled in the Non-repairable cohort.
