Treatment of post-stroke apraxia of speech (AOS) requires frequent and ongoing practice with a speech-language pathologist to facilitate lasting behavioral change, which is costly and, therefore, inaccessible to many patients. Thus, there is a critical need to identify novel, cost-effective ways to supplement speech therapy to increase opportunities for practice and optimize treatment outcomes. Our long-term goal is to develop an effective, home-practice, computer-based, motor imagery protocol Motor Imagery for Treatment Enhancement and Efficacy (MI-TEE) which will serve as an adjunct to routine speech therapy to optimize treatment response in persons with AOS. The overall objectives of this application are to (i) evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of MI-TEE as a home practice program and (ii) determine the efficacy of MI-TEE with speech therapy, compared to speech therapy alone, in improving speech production in people with AOS. Our central hypothesis is that MI-TEE will be an accessible, feasible, and efficacious adjunct to speech therapy. To attain our objectives, the following specific aims will be pursued using two single-subject experimental designs with multiple baselines across participants (n=18): 1) Evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of MI-TEE as an adjunct to speech therapy for the rehabilitation of AOS; and 2) Compare the efficacy of adjunctive MI-TEE plus standard speech therapy to standard speech therapy alone. Under the first aim, observational data, surveys, and semi-structured interviews will be employed to assess the acceptability (perceived satisfaction, appropriateness, and intent to continue use) and feasibility (recruitment, retention, and intervention adherence rates) of MI-TEE. For the second aim, accuracy of articulation for trained words and untrained words (generalization) will be measured pre-treatment, repeatedly during the treatment phase, and post-treatment. Improvements in speech accuracy will be documented using a binary scoring system (correct/incorrect). The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to conduct HLA genotyping, HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) assessment, and expression of Tumor-associated Antigens (TAA) testing. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effectiveness of the study drug, Dysport® when compared with placebo in preventing chronic migraine. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head, and is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Chronic migraine is defined as having at least 15 days of headache a month with at least 8 of those days being migraine headache days. Migraines are caused by a series of events which cause the brain to get stimulated/activated, which results in the release of chemicals that cause pain. Dysport® is a formulation of Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A), a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. The study will consist of 3 periods: 1. A 'screening period' of 6 to 12 weeks to assess whether the participant can take part to the study and requires 1 visit. 2. A first Treatment Phase of 24 weeks. On Day 1 and at Week 12 of the first Treatment Phase, participants will receive injections into various muscles across the head, neck, face and shoulders. The injections will contain either a dose "A" or dose "B" of Dysport® or a placebo (an inactive substance or treatment that looks the same as, and is given in the same way as, an active drug or intervention/treatment being studied). Participants will make 4 visits to the clinic in person and have 4 remote (online) visits. 3. A second Treatment Phase of 24 weeks (extension phase). At Week 24 and at Week 36, all participants will get Dysport® (dose "A" or dose "B"). There will be 3 in person visits and 4 remote visits. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study. Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. This is a randomized, open-label study in adult patients who have completed standard first line therapy for large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and achieved a complete response or partial response suitable for observation, but who have minimal residual disease (MRD) as detected by the Foresight CLARITY™ Investigational Use Only (IUO) MRD test, powered by PhasED-Seq™. The purpose of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of consolidation with cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), an allogeneic CD19 CAR T product, as compared to standard of care observation. The study is conducted in 2 consecutive parts that will be enrolled continuously. In Part A of the study, participants with MRD are randomized to one of two treatment arms or an observation arm. Treatment includes cema-cel following a lymphodepletion regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide administered with or without the anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, ALLO-647. Part A will culminate with the selection of the lymphodepletion regimen to advance to Part B. The study treatment, BAY 3713372, is under development to treat MTAP (methylthioadenosine phosphorylase)-deleted solid tumors. It is thought to work by blocking the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5). This may kill the MTAP-deleted cancer cells while sparing the normal cells. The main objective of this first-in-human study is to check if BAY 3713372 is safe for further testing and find the dose that could be used to treat different cancer types that are also MTAP-deleted in future studies. For this, the researchers will study and analyze: * the number of participants who have adverse events after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372 and their severity. * the number of participants who experience dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372, their severity and how often they happened. A DLT is a pre-defined medical problem caused by a specific dose of a drug that is too severe to continue using that dose. * the total amount of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called AUC) over time after single and multiple doses. * the highest level of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called Cmax) after single and multiple doses. Other than the main objective, researchers will also check for the number of participants who show a response to treatment and how long they live without the cancer getting worse. The study participants will receive BAY 3713372 (starting from low to high doses) in the study, to find the highest safe dose for further testing. Participants may take the study treatment as long as they benefit from the treatment without any severe medical problems. Participants will visit the study site: * at least twice before the treatment starts * multiple times when they start taking the treatment * once after 30 days of receiving the last dose and every 9 weeks after that until the cancer worsens, or the participant stops for any other reason During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * check participants' health by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking heart health using an electrocardiogram * check if the participants' cancer has grown and/or spread using computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and, if needed, bone scan * take tumor samples The study doctors and their team will contact the participants every 3 months until 2 years after the last participant's last dose or the end of the study to learn about the participant's health.
