This study is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumors) that are accessible for injection and/or biopsy. This is a study for people with a life expectancy of at least 3 months after starting study treatment. The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of a medicine called BI 1831169 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate when taken with or without a type of antibody called a checkpoint inhibitor (anti-PD-1 antibody). Another purpose is to check whether the study treatment can fight cancer. In this study, BI 1831169 is given to people for the first time. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants get BI 1831169 alone for up to 3 months. In Part 2, participants get BI 1831169 in combination with a checkpoint inhibitor. Participants who take the combination treatment get BI 1831169 for up to 3 months and a checkpoint inhibitor for up to 1 year. BI 1831169 is given as an injection into the tumor, or as an infusion into the vein, or both (injection and infusion). Checkpoint inhibitors are given as an infusion into a vein. Participants get the medicines about every 3 weeks. This is called a treatment cycle. Participants visit the site study site regularly. The number of study visits vary based on the study phase and treatment response. Some visits include an overnight stay. The doctors regularly check the participants' health and monitor the tumors. The doctors also take note of any health problems that could have been caused by the study treatment. Read Less

This clinical trial is studying advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are cancers that start in a part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once tumors have grown bigger in one place but haven't spread, they're called locally advanced. If your cancer has spread to other parts of your body, it's called metastatic. When a cancer has gotten so big it can't easily be removed or has spread to other parts of the body, it is called unresectable. These types of cancer are harder to treat. Participants in this study must have cancer that has come back or did not get better with treatment. Participants must have a solid tumor cancer that can't be treated with standard of care drugs. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called PF-08046050. PF-08046050 is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. They may also stick to some normal cells. This study will test the safety of PF-08046050 in participants with solid tumors that are hard to treat or have spread throughout the body. This study has 5 different study parts. Part A and Part B of the study will find out how much PF-08046050 should be given to participants. Part C will use the information from Parts A and B to see if PF-08046050 is safe and if it works to treat certain solid tumor cancers. Part D of the study, together with information from Parts A and B, will find out how much PF-08046050 should be given to participants in combination with bevacizumab. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have chronic kidney disease (CKD), CKD is a condition in which the kidneys' ability to work properly gradually decreases over time. A common sign of decreasing kidney function is the body losing too much of a protein called albumin in the urine. This condition is known as albuminuria. This can lead to a faster decline in kidney function. People who have high blood pressure and diabetes are more likely to have CKD and are at a higher risk of complications related to it. BAY3283142 is a new drug that is being developed to treat people with CKD. It works by activating a protein that helps relax blood vessels and is thought to have beneficial effects in CKD. In this study, researchers want to learn about how well different doses of BAY3283142 work when taken with standard treatment for CKD in reducing albumin in the urine of participants with CKD. They will compare the results of the change in the urine albumin-creatinine ratio (UACR) after 16 weeks for BAY3283142 with a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but does not have any medicine in it. During the study, participants will take either of the following drugs: * BAY3283142: Participants will take BAY3283142 as tablets by mouth. * Placebo: Participants will take it in the same way as BAY3283142. Participants will continue taking the available standard treatment for CKD and other conditions they may have (for example, heart conditions and diabetes). At the start of this study, the researchers will check the medical history and current medications of the participants. They will also perform a complete health check-up of all the participants. Researchers will take urine and blood samples from the participants at different time points to measure UACR and eGFR. Participants will be divided equally into different groups. Only 1 group will receive placebo and the other groups will receive BAY3283142. Participants will take their assigned treatment for 16 weeks. No one will know who receives which drug or dose of BAY3283142 during the study. Participants will be in this study for around 23 weeks. This includes the time for screening before the start of treatment and follow-up with participants after treatment. People can join this study if they: * are 18 years of age or older and have been diagnosed with CKD * have poor kidney function according to the eGFR test * have abnormally high levels of albumin in the urine according to the UACR test * have been taking certain drugs at a stable dose for management of high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, etc. for at least 4 weeks before the start of the study People cannot join this study if they: * have low blood pressure * have had a stroke or a heart attack, or were hospitalized because of heart failure in the 3 months before the start of the study * have a serious liver disease * have a kidney disease for which they need to take drugs that control the immune system The detailed requirements will be discussed between the study doctors and people considering joining this study. Participants may or may not get the expected benefits of treatment with BAY3283142, but they will receive thorough medical check-ups during this study. These can help to improve individual treatment in the future and to identify unknown medical risks. Some participants may experience medical problems during this study including pain and discomfort when blood samples are taken. Researchers will closely monitor and manage any medical problems the participants may have. They will not include people who should not take BAY3283142 due to known safety concerns. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people living with obesity to lose weight and maintain the weight loss long-term. The study has 2 parts: The first part is called 'the main study' and the second part is called 'the extension study'. In the main study participants will either get CagriSema (a study medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine that looks like CagriSema but has no active ingredient). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants are two times more likely to get CagriSema than placebo. If participants get CagriSema in the main study, participants will continue on CagriSema in the extension study. Which dose of CagriSema participants will continue on is decided by chance. If participants get placebo in the main study, participants will get CagriSema in the extension study. Participants will take one injection of study medicine once a week. This study is open to adults between 18 and 65 years of age who have obesity. People can join the study if they have a body mass index (BMI) between 30 and 45 km/m². The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide improves how the body uses energy and breaks down fat. This study compares survodutide with another medicine called semaglutide. Survodutide is being developed to treat people with obesity. Semaglutide is already used to treat people with obesity. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group gets survodutide and the other group gets semaglutide. Participants get survodutide or semaglutide as an injection under the skin once a week. Participants are in the study for 8-10 months depending on how long the treatment is given. During this time, they visit the study site weekly. Some of the visits may also be done at the participant's home instead of the study site. At some of the visits, doctors test how much energy a participant's body uses. This is done in a special room where they measure the oxygen that is breathed in and the carbon dioxide that is breathed out by the participant. This study is researching the experimental drugs called pozelimab and cemdisiran, and cemdisiran monotherapy. The study is focused on patients with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). Myasthenia gravis is a disease that causes weakness and fatigue in muscles in the body because the nerves and muscles are not communicating properly. The aim of the study is to see how effective pozelimab and cemdisiran are when used in combination and when pozelimab and cemdisiran are used alone for patients with gMG. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. The goal of randomized clinical trial is to determine if the Alesis OSA-1 low laser light therapy device can reduce apnea-hypopnea index scores and treat sleep apnea in adult participants over the age of 18 who are diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The main questions it aims to answer are\]: • Does the use of the Alesis OSA-1 device reduce the number of AHI events after six treatments of 12 minutes each, 2x per week x 3 weeks, in adult OSA patients? Researchers will compare results of 35 control group participants who will not receive treatment to a treatment group who will receive six, 12 minute, non-invasive low laser light therapy (LLLT) treatments, two per week for 3 weeks, to see if there is a reduction in the number of AHI events and size of redundant and soft tissues in adult OSA patients. Participants will: * Visit the clinic for assessment and instructions on using the at home sleep study system, WatchPat, and obtain baseline information * Use the WatchPat system to record AHI events pre- and post-treatment. * 10 randomly selected participants will receive a pre-study pulmonary functions test (PFT) and repeated post-treatment. * 5 randomly selected participant will receive a pre-study MRI of the head/neck and repeated post treatment. * For the treatments, the participant lie on a treatment table under a LLLT device for 12 minutes, two times per week, x 3 weeks. * Be offered the treatment series at the conclusion of the study if they were selected for the control group.
