Adaptive BRAF-MEK Inhibitor Therapy for Advanced BRAF Mutant Melanoma
Recruiting
This pilot early phase I trial studies how well encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab work in treating patients with BRAF mutant stage IIIC-IV melanoma. Encorafenib and binimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with nivolumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab may kill more tumor cells.

Testing the Use of Targeted Treatment for RET Positive Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial tests whether carboplatin and pemetrexed with or without selpercatinib works to shrink tumors in patients with RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has not responded to previous RET directed therapy. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Selpercatinib may st... Read More

Efficacy and Safety Study of Tisotumab Vedotin for Patients With Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out whether it is an effective treatment alone or with other anticancer drugs for certain solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. There are seven parts to this study. In Part A, the treatment will be given to participants every 3 weeks (3-week cycles). In Part B, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 4-week cycle. In Part C, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of ev... Read More

Testing the Use of Targeted Treatment (AMG 510) for KRAS G12C Mutated Advanced Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (A Lung-MAP Treatment Trial)
Recruiting
This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial studies the effect of AMG 510 in treating non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has come back (recurrent) and has a specific mutation in the KRAS gene, known as KRAS G12C. Mutations in this gene may cause the cancer to grow. AMG 510, a targeted treatment against the KRAS G12C mutation, may help stop the growth of tumor cells.
