Investigators seek to determine the sensitivity and specificity of a combined HPV 16 DNA and host gene methylation oral biomarker panel to distinguish early Oropharyngeal Cancer (OPC) cases from controls among 100 early and 100 late disease pre-treatment OPC cases, and 200 controls matched by sex, age, race/ethnicity, and tobacco use collected from the Moffitt Cancer Center (Moffitt) and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hillman Cancer Center (Pittsburgh). This study is an observational retrospective/ prospective study with diagnosed low/intermediate risk (no-surgery) \& high risk (surgery) prostate cancer that are eligible and willing to undergo standard of care (SOC) assessment, annually along with biopsies, bio-fluid collection. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of a dietary intervention (FEED-FF) that includes fermented foods (FF), among locally advanced rectal cancer patients and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, and to explore whether this diet can improve outcomes in rectal cancer patients receiving chemoradiation and NSCLC patients receiving immunotherapy. This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN5668. Participants will receive additional investigational drugs in combination with REGN5668. These additional drugs include cemiplimab or REGN4018 (with or without sarilumab). The main purposes of this study are to: * Learn about the safety and profile of any side effects from the study drugs and to determine the highest, safe dose that can be given to participants with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * Look for signs that the study drugs can treat ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus This study has 2 parts.
