This study is open to adults with advanced cancer of the colon, rectum, stomach, or pancreas, that is the cancer cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. People can take part in this study if their previous treatment was not successful, or no other treatment exists. The study aims to find the highest dose for the study medicine called BI 765049 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate. Another purpose is to find the most suitable dose and best way of administration of BI 765049 for further clinical development. BI 765049 may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants receive BI 765049 at least once every 3 weeks. Participants may continue to get BI 765049 treatment as long as they benefit from treatment but no longer than 3 years. During this time, participants regularly visit the study site. The study visits include several overnight stays at the hospital. At the visits, study doctors check participants' health, take necessary laboratory tests, and note any unwanted effects. Unwanted effects are any health problems that the doctors think were caused by the study medicine or treatment. To find the highest dose of BI 765049 that participants can tolerate, researchers look at the number of participants with certain severe health problems. This study is open to men between 18 and 65 years of age with opioid use disorder. Opioid use disorder is also called opioid addiction or opioid dependence. People can join the study if they currently take a medicine called buprenorphine. People with opioid dependence can act on impulse, which can lead to risky behaviours. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1356225 improves impulse control in men with opioid dependence. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group takes BI 1356225 tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like BI 1356225 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet once a day for 8 days. All participants also continue taking buprenorphine. Participants are in the study for up to 6 weeks. During this time, they visit the study site 3 times. At visit 2, participants stay at the study site for 9 nights. Doctors test participants' impulsivity using tasks or games on a computer and questionnaires. The results are compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works. This is a parallel, Phase 2, 2-arm, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, proof-of-concept study for treatment of CRSwNP. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of add-on therapy with subcutaneous lunsekimig in adult participants (aged 18 to 70 years, inclusive) with CRSwNP who are inadequately controlled on intranasal corticosteroid treatment. Participants with and without co-morbid asthma will be included in the study, and lung function will be assessed in both groups. Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 4 treatment arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) + chemotherapy, budigalimab +chemotherapy, or pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab +chemotherapy or placebo in combination with pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. Chemotherapy consists of IV Infused pemetrexed + IV infused cisplatin or IV infused or injected carboplatin. Approximately 840 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 200 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In cohort 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A)+ IV infused budigalimab, + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + IV Infused pemetrexed. In cohort 2, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose B) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In cohort 3, participants will receive budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by budigalimab + pemetrexed . In cohort 4, participants will receive IV Infused pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose optimized) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In arm 2, participants will receive IV Infused placebo + pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. The estimated study duration is 55 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This study will monitor patients during the first year following their stroke. Stroke is a very serious condition where there is a sudden interruption of blood flow in the brain. The main aim of the study will be to find out how many of those who experience their first-ever stroke then go on to develop spasticity that would benefit from treatment with medication. Spasticity is a common post-stroke condition that causes stiff or ridged muscles. The results of this study will provide a standard guideline on the best way to monitor the development of post-stroke spasticity. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effectiveness of the study drug, Dysport® when compared with placebo in preventing episodic migraine. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head, and is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Episodic Migraine is defined as having less than 15 days of headache a month with at least 6 days with migraine headaches. Migraines are caused by a series of events which cause the brain to get stimulated / activated, which results in the release of chemicals that cause pain. Dysport® is a formulation of Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A), a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. The study will consist of 3 periods: 1. A 'screening period' of 6 to 12 weeks to assess whether the participant can take part to the study and requires 1 visit. 2. A first Treatment Phase of 24 weeks. On Day 1 and at Week 12 of the first Treatment Phase, participants will receive injections into various muscles across the head, neck, face and shoulders. The injections will contain either a dose "A" or a dose ''B'' of Dysport® or a placebo (an inactive substance or treatment that looks the same as, and is given in the same way as, an active drug or intervention/treatment being studied). Participants will make 4 visits to the clinic in person and have 4 remote (online) visits. 3. A second Treatment Phase of 24 weeks (extension phase). At Week 24 and at Week 36, all participants will get Dysport® (dose "A" or dose "B"). There will be 3 in person visits and 4 remote visits. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study. Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, 52-week, open-label extension (OLE) rollover study for subjects completing study CN012-0026, CN012-0027 or CN012-0056. Subjects (randomized or non-randomized) who complete the 38-week CN012-0026 study, 14-week CN012-0027 study or 14-week CN012-0056 study will be eligible to enroll in CN012-0028. This study will test how well a new medicine called concizumab works for participants who have haemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors. The purpose is to show that concizumab can prevent bleeds and is safe to use. Participants will have to inject the study medicine every day under the skin with a pen-injector. The study will last for at least 2 years and up to about 4 years.
