A Novel Imaging Protocol in Use to Identify Lymph Nodes and Organs of Interest
Recruiting
This research study is a pilot clinical trial, which hypothesizes that the combination of electromagnetic tracking in conjunction with laparoscope imaging and ultrasound probe imaging will aid in reducing the complexity of both laparoscopic lymphadenectomy and/or organ removal in patients with a confirmed diagnosis of cancer in urologic regions of interest (Bladder, Prostate, Testicular, Kidney, Urethral, and Penis), by resulting in better visualization and more accurate localization of certain... Epidermal Skin Grafts to Improve Healing In Radiation Wounds
Recruiting
Patients undergoing radiation for the treatment of malignancies may suffer from side effects to the skin in the form of radiation dermatitis. This can lead to local wound formation with poor healing. Treatment options for the resulting wound can range from watchful waiting to more aggressive debridement and secondary grafting. Epidermal grafting is a technique in which autologous epidermis is used to cover wounds that are larger than the donor site. Previous studies have demonstrated that this... Read More

IlluminOss Photodynamic Bone Stabilization System for the Treatment of Impending and Actual Pelvis Fractures
Recruiting
The aim of this project is to assess the effectiveness of the IlluminOss pelvic implants in patients with pelvic metastatic disease presenting with pain, risk of pathologic fracture, non-displaced or minimally displaced pathologic fracture of the pelvis, and geriatric patients with pelvic fragility fractures. Results from this study will be used to confirm preliminary clinically and possibly statistically significant reductions in pain and improvements in function among these patients.

Recruiting
This is a phase I/II, open-label, multicenter study . During the study, subjects will be evaluated for safety, toxicity, tolerability, PK/PD, immunogenicity, biomarkers, and antitumor activity of HB0045. The phase I study will enroll up to 54 subjects with advanced solid tumors who have progressed on or after standard of care therapy and for whom there is no further treatment available that in the judgement of the patient's physician would be beneficial. Neurobiological Mechanisms of Stress in Youth With Chronic Widespread Pain
Recruiting
Chronic widespread pain (CWP) is a common chronic pain condition in youth and often associated with significant pain-related and psychosocial impairment. Understanding the neurobiological mechanisms that may underlie pediatric chronic pain and pain-related impairment can inform future treatments to ameliorate patients' suffering, making it a critical area of empirical investigation.
